REALIGNMENT OF PARTNERS/REGISTERED EVENTS FORM
(To be used by Directors or Registrars to submit the realignment of partners and/or registered
events as the result of a withdrawal after the date Registrars have signed off on registrations.
Use in conjunction with the Zone Withdrawal/Replacement Form)
This form should be used if a withdrawal results in a need to make changes to the events in
which a player is entered.
There can only be a change of names in the events which already have entrants listed: you
cannot add a new event.
