As an artist working with film and video, you use the frame as your medium
to express, experiment and communicate. A frame holds your mess
together and put it in place and in context – your ideas, emotions,
memories, yearnings, desires… It is your canvas, your stage and your
asylum, you feel safe and comfortable living in this little universe. And then
one day, you notice that the edge of this frame starts to crack…
Use the word “Deframed” as an inspiration for your new experiment with
film and video for the 3rd KLEX 2012!

DAAD Master Scholarships: Public Policy and Good Governance
DAAD has a scholarship programme for Master's courses with an open call
for applications (deadline July 31st). The programme is called "Public Policy
and Good Governance".
Scholarships are available for a list of 8 selected Master's courses in the
field of Public Policy and Conflict Studies. The scholarship holders may be
fresh graduates or already have professional experience.
A German language course is included in the scholarship.

Kassel "is conceived as a series of artistic acts and gestures that are already
taking place".
According to Artistic Director Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev, dOCUMENTA (13)
does not follow a single, overall concept but engages in conducting, and
choreographing manifold materials, methods, and knowledges...
