The manuscript of Jozef Kozaňák´s book BASICS OF INTELLIGENCE (PROJEKT PRING) is
a very original attempt of the author to look at the world around in a different way, a personified pan of
a pragmatic person, without any baggage of unsubstantiated feelings and of unnecessary
sentimentality – full of futuristic exclamation marks.
Perhaps on that account, the noetics, also the genesis of the author’s book fundamentally
works on the premise, which is not specified more closely by the author, and this premise is the theory
of civilizational superstructure from specific information of aggregate knowledge obtained (by him)
from encyclopedias and historic annals. „It is a golden thread of history and philosophy“, at the
same time, in places with essayistic hit parade of theorems, in exclusive statements of the powerful
and wise of this world. In this unusual and I mention not uninteresting, hermetically closed storyline, he
tries to give a brief Testimony about the overall state of our world.
Interesting is also the method he uses: first he empirically analyses the literary tissue using an
essayistic reflection and then excellently apologetically demythologizes Christianity and Islam. He
almost always demolishes the usual structure, socio-economic system, often only in position of
a statement. The book evokes such feelings in me that I just turn the pages of a „Great Civilizational
Primer of the Humankind“, and through this I touch the „compulsory reading of the humanity“. I fancy
that this book has a futuristic enjambment and is worth of this age. It is pleasant that tee book does
not want to be only a requisite but a stimulating impulsion towards further contemplation.

Patiently – it has taken 30 years – with his own hands the author has garbled thousands of
facts and concepts regarding human community and summarized them in his project of „incorporate
world civilization“ which should (finally!) head from the actual chaotic trend to a road to the lost
Paradise with big P. Though the author themselves feels that the road to the Paradise will not be found
so quickly: “I have no illusions about a near installing of fair conditions for human developement and I
do not have any Messiah ambitions to save the world.”
There is an ordinary man standing in front of the reader using his own brains and wanting to
get square with the world and himself at the close of his life. The most likeable is that even though he
knows there is no God, still he is searching for some keys to his Paradise. Maybe he has found them
yet because he has not allowed the fate to knock him down and written a book about faith in man’s
abilities and strenght. „Everybody is looking for their Paradise“

To write these 300 pages, the author checked aproximately 30 000 pages of different materials in
period of 35 years. Many ideas described his feelings so he noted them. After the fall of socialism when
the communistic practics were taken over also by democraticly elected parliamentarians and clergy, he
wanted to confront it by a book because he knows that:

PREAMBLE TO THE SECOND EDITION
The world is flooded with explosion of words. More than 60 million pages are filled with
some pieces of technical information every year. More than 100,000 of scientific papers and
more than 320,000 scientific books are published each year. These numbers come from the
seventies last century when the internet did not exist. Who is supposed to be well up in this
jungle of so many pieces of information, to know how to orientate in it, to choose anything if
we even don’t know whether we stall ever need it?
Paradoxes occur:
Why does most of the humankind which is heading towards uncovering of universe
mystery, nature and life secrets faster and faster each day, stay trapped by idolums, legends
and so called „eternal truth“ which has never been verified by anyone.
Why, in spite of our ability to capture the history and fact in words for thousands of
years, have we never been able to learn a lesson of it?
Why does a human being keep on subjugating, enslaving and killing another human
being – the creature who is the biological dominant of nature?
THE CAUSE OF MOST TRAGEDIES IS IGNORANCE
THE CAUSE OF EVERY EVIL IS STUPIDITY
This book questions problems of life and looks for the answers. The oppinions of smart
people and a brief mankind history are used for searching the connexites and possible future
solutions.
Introduction
When people looked up at the cloudless night sky they were always given the same
picture. Numberless bright points coming out from the darkness awoke different feelings in
their eyes. Somebody saw diamonds in them, another saw a place where unnamed forces
were coming from. In that accidental alignment of points they found symbols of different
creatures and on the basis of their imagination they could predict future development from
them. Many of them had discovered that due to the stable position of stars they could
orientate themselves and search route directions according to them. As human mind has
widened they have remained stars, far foreign worlds, the message of that we have been
examining.
Same as the sky is endless, full of stars, the words, thoughts, acts of a man on this
Earth are endless too. Some have had more penetrating radiation and they have been
present through ages. Others faded after they had arisen. Orientation according to them is
becoming more and more difficult. The explosion of information and the increase of world
population have been leading mankind to the beginnings of decision making of further
existence and future development.
Among the stars and thoughts we find much more connections as we would predict.
We arrange words, thoughts, events and acts of people from past and present so that these
set up a mirror of human action. In order to make a future perspective which is advisable to
think of because it has been edified from the mistakes and errors of acts in the past. Future,
that is taking over the best thoughts and achievements of mankind.
People with necessary top view that is independent black and white vision of the world
are classified as clever ones. Not as walking encyclopedias but people who receive and make
use of uncertainty and indeterminateness as basic features of reality that surrounds us.
Wisdom is an achievement of maximum knowledge and clear judgment in solving the main
problems of life. It realizes the value of truth based on the knowledge of life experiences. It is
useful for the individual and the unit as well. It perceives the fragility of life, its relativity and
vulnerability when people are connected to the net of social relationships. It perceives the
recognition of itself, its advantages and disadvantages.
Since the Middle Ages it has been valid that wisdom has been the main element of
human nature together with a virtue worthy for succession that takes pleasure in common
respect regardless of the social situation. The expression “philos-sophy” comes from the
ancient times and its meaning is: love of wisdom.
“Philosophy is the best instrument to remove vain desires and for safe life. Thanks to it
man is fair-minded and keeps himself clear of acts that are repudiated according to nature or
morality. Philosophy subdues fear of death. Not by evoking a hope of immortality but by
relieving the distress that is recalled by the ideas of death.” Socrates
Socrates, who was confirmed by the Oracle of Delphi to be “the wisest of all men”,
pronounced everybody to be wise and intelligent who knew the beautiful and good and could
use it, also who knew the wrong and could stay clear of it. „If a man with his mind and
naturalness can recognize good and he is able to realize it, then he is not dependent on
God's mercy and he does not need any motivation in a form of mortuary award. He may
become a moral being just as the result of his own efforts.” Socrates
Wisdom is a valuable fruit from the tree of knowledge. Besides it is an inherited ability,
nurture and education, experience and talent. But also curiosity, love, discipline, self-control
and submission. Though the attribute “wise” is assumed automatically in the case of educated
people, it does not have to be true all the time. There existed people with a minimum
education (or no education at all) whose wisdom and gravity were legendary and widely
recognized by the milieu. Abraham Lincoln, the president of the USA, who abolished slavery
even at the cost of Civil War, acquired law education by self-study. The famous writer, Mark
Twain also developed his general education by self-study.
Wise people have wide knowledge of the basic questions of life. Their knowledge is of
strategic character. They can use it for reception of right decisions: whom to apply for help
and how to differentiate important information from the useless one.
In problem-solving they set themselves a target and the means for its achievement.
They consider all the possibilities before making decisions and they know when they can take
risks and when they need to seclude. They take the uncertainty and indeterminateness of life
as basic facts and they make plans with several possibilities of solution that respect it.
According to Avicenna wisdom is a road that human soul goes along for perfection.
Religion has problems with wisdom when it resounds: “He that manifolds knowledge he
multiplies sorrow too” BIBLE
These words appeal to stay in ignorance, to remain dependent on well-educated
sacerdocy for good and all. Fortunately a lot of people have got out of this subservience. It
was formulated also by a senator J.F.Kennedy – the first Catholic elected for the
president of the USA in this citation:
"I believe in an America where the separation of church and state is absolute--where
no Catholic prelate would tell the President how to act, and tell his parishioners for whom to
vote. Where no church or church school is granted any public funds and where no man is
denied public office merely because his religion differs from the President who might appoint
him or the people who might elect him.
I believe in an America where no public official requests or accepts instructions
from the Pope, the National Council of Churches or any other ecclesiastical source, where
no religious body seeks to impose its will directly or indirectly upon the general populace or
the public acts of its officials.” (J.F.K. 12.9.1960)
The nature gave our planet a number of wise people. It is time for wisdom to become
indefinitely enforced. In favour of the mankind and the planet.
PROLOGUE

Everybody who brings new knowledge fixes himself in our minds and becomes an authority.
It is an entry into new dimensions, opening of new worlds, multiplying abilities to think and
create. A child feels immediately if his teacher is handing over creatively and the whole or he
only works hard, teaches spiritless that maybe he himself does not believe in and does not
understand. Teaching others must be a lifelong mission for a zealous man. For full-time.
Naturally a young man is put in tune of optimism. He believes in everything he hears
for the first time, mainly if it is claimed by familiar authorities of his life: a parent, an older
sibling, a teacher, sometimes a parson and other figures.
Categorizing information as right statements and others becomes later when he
recognizes that they contradict each other and his own experience uncovers conscious,
objective lies and insincerity of authorities. It leads to disappointment and disillusionment. It
can even lead to a refusal of everything which is stated by authorities with bad reputation.
There are lots of things that can influence the development of a young man from
babyhood to adolescence, from manhood to all the rest of his life. Each impulse recalls
reaction and many of them force to think. Personally, most of all I felt sorrow for those people
who could not or did not have to think. People who did not mind anything, who desperately
came to terms even with the worst.
Maybe for everybody the cruelest thing is impotence, the last stage before despair.
Waiting until an event comes that cannot be avoided. At that time almost everyone desires,
looks for a wonder as a white hope. However wonders are no longer taking place.
Uncertainty, fear, stress and nervousness are the manifestation of panic that has
different effect on everyone. Not everybody is able to become sufficiently and properly
motivated in order to get out the maximum of himself in time when he needs it most.
Thousands of destinies of exceptional people confirm that man is a creature that
deserves the title: Master of creation of the planet Earth. Their life stories, mind and acts have
moved forward the development in the history of civilization. Only the price for development is
high. All along it was necessary to overcome barriers, not once greater of that the tale tellers
could build in their myths and fairy tales.
…..Thence I became a seeker of truth. That was too different from the official
information. Thus I remained a professional rebel. Not Don Quijote from the novel of
Cervantes but a person who wants to ascertain the roots of the reason of evil, that has gone
along with mankind beyond memory to nowadays.
WHAT DO I WANT?
On a school trip, in the year 1956 or so my attention was attracted by an inscription in
the casemates of the church in Brno. It was left by monks and it sounded: “Who you are – we
were too, who we are – you will be too.”
I am not the author of all the lines of this book. On the contrary, this all came into being
just because I obtained enough interesting information that forced me to think and to take
sides. So as to support the stream of thoughts and the power of emphasized argumentation I
cited a number of authors who must have accepted or corrected the views of others before
they got to their own statement.
When these lines are born I am almost seventy. I survived communism and I know
what the totalitarian systems can do for the total enslavement of man. I know that the worst
thing which can befall the generations after us is not drawing a lesson from the history and
repeating the mistakes from the past. I would not like if my grandchildren lived a similarly
misspent life as me, for all that I talk and search for get-outs.
I neither make illusions of creating acceptable conditions for the development of
mankind nor do I have messianic ambitions for the rescue of the world. After all I try to pierce
into the subconscious of thinking people of this world and I offer, I suggest some information
collected by decades. If others join, this effort will not have to spoil.
When I was looking for the title of the book I wanted to develop a project of utilization of
the best knowledge from the history and present of mankind. Not as a lesson or reminding but
mainly so as the mankind was instructed by it.
The project PRING: Priority of Reasonable Integrated Nations of the Globe. Priority of
the Integrated Globe. It has to lead to thinking that is the Basis of INTELLIGENCE.
(collection of mental powers, talent, comprehension)
That is why the book is the Project of PRING. It must help to link people in common
effort to use the best knowledge. Only a society with continuous development of economy can
acquire sufficiency of sources to increase the quality of life. So that life of the highest number
of people was free of misery, despair, fear for survival. Scientists´ warnings draw frightening
scenarios of the development of Earth. If people cannot agree on unification, this new century
might be the last one.
This book and the Project PRING is an endlessly long story at the end of which there is
shining the ancient desire of man for God's own country. Today and tomorrow, it will be
always a need to surmount milliards of barriers on the way towards development because the
desires and needs of people have been increasing with the extent of knowledge.
Man can do it.
He must be able to do it.
So that he had a purpose to live.
So that he had a reason to bring descendants to the world.

UNTIL PEOPLE BREED AND BRING UP THEIR OWN CHILDREN AND THEY LIVE IN
FAMILIES, THE FOLLOWING PRIORITIES APPLY TO THEM: MYSELF, MY FAMILY AND
THE OTHERS AT LEAST UNTIL AVAILABLE POSSESSIONS DOMINATE IN SOCIETY.
THIS WILL NOT HAVE BEEN ACTUAL FOR LONG AND WE CAN HARDLY EXPECT
RADICAL BREAKTHROUGH INFLUENCED BY SOME IDEOLOGY OR ENLIGHTENMENT.
MAN: What sort of animal is it being able to communicate with each other, having style,
speech, writing, own supported history and unlimited ability to teach himself and his family
and even so he never draws a lesson. Does he kill, destroy himself, close species and
environment that would help him to survive? WHY DO MAN AND MANKIND LIVE?
WHY ARE TREASURES AND A NUMBER OF ESTATES ACCUMULATED IF THEY
REMAIN LOCKED IN VAULTS? WHAT IS TO BE DONE WITH POWER, SURPLUS ENERGY
THAT WILL NOT BE USED OR WILL BE WASTED WITHOUT A REASONABLE PURPOSE?
WHAT IS THE USE OF THE RICHNESS OF SOUL IF NOBODY KNOWS OF IT, IF
GENIUSES DO NOT SHOW UP IN SOCIETY?
AS FAR AS BEAUTY AND NOBLENESS OF ART ARE NOT USED FOR EMOTIONAL
ENRICHMENT OF MANKIND, THEY CAME INTO BEING IN VAIN.
Mankind has got a chance at the beginning of the third millennium to start making new
history of the united worldwide civilization. Every man has obtained an amount of information
and has been excelling in different societies. If people join together they will be able to bring
their dreams to fruition. All nations and societies can thus get a chance:
1. TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE RULES OF NATURE AND SOCIETY WITH
CONSTANT INCREASE OF QUALITY AND RICHES OF LIFE.
2. TO BRING UP GENERATIONS OF SUCCESSORS OF HIGHER DIMENSIONS,
CREATE MORE PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR THEM, DEPRIVE THEM OF HATRED AND
FEAR OF THAT PEOPLE DESTROY THEMSELVES AND THEIR PLANET.
3. TO LEAVE HERITAGE IN THE FORM OF VALUES THAT MAKE THE BASIS OF
LIFE. NOT TO LIVE IN VAIN BUT FULLY USE THE GREAT CAPITAL OF THE KNOWLEDGE
OF PEOPLE...
It is true that new projects will demand more sources. For example sources for:
- Assurance of the standards of living wages
- Education of people, cultural development, scholarship and personality of
a citizen
- Direct access to effective and generally useful information
- Effective protection of the individual, collective and society
- Liquidation of the harmful habits and the criminality of mankind
- Removing epidemics, diseases, hunger, illiteracy, dependencies
- Exploitation of spare time by spreading different forms of offer
- Gaining energetic independence of mankind
- BIONICS – replacement of physical defects: senses, organs, limbs,
appearances
- UNITRANSLATE for translations (until the acceptance of BABYLONIAN
language)
- ENERGY-TRANSFERS of remote transfer of energies
- LIGHTNING EXPLOITERS for exploitation of energy of lightning and
hurricanes
- HELIOPTIC for transferring light (sunlight too) to the underground
- PHOTON technology
- PLASMA technology of gaining fusion energy from fusion reaction/x
- PHOTOSYNTHESIS for production of food and energy (bio-perpetummobile)
- QUANTUM qubit and organic bio-computers
- GEO-TRANSFER – rapid underground transfer for long distances
- Restoring the planet and the environment

Behind every conscious act of a man there is a thought. Without it he would not be
able to take action, live, develop end learn. He would not be able to compare, measure,
define his dimension and place in space. What if thought and consciousness are also one of
the dimensions of space-time where dot, surface, volume and time come under?
The new era of man's civilization has not come yet. Mankind has been hesitantly
examining and searching the limits of the possibilities of his own development. I believe and I
am absolutely sure that man's genius can re-create the world, perform acts that overcome the
limits of dreams of today's man of the planet. It will grow rapidly if the man gets rid of slavish
dependency and the unworthy status of a slave.
AUTHORITY AND RELIGIONS
Go back to the opening question, to the rules of human action. We do not need to go
back to the ancient times of mankind, to the ancient society with a session, Shaman or later a
headman on its top. The brief history says that every developed culture was organized in a
state ordered according to priority grading.
On the top of the pyramid there stood the king, prelate and God at the same time. His
suite was made of courtiers, priests, soldiers and clerks. Other citizens were salesmen,
tradesmen, farmers and slaves. Everybody conformed to the rules that were regulated by
chief authorities on the several levels of the social scale: „God” (through prelate), king,
courtiers, priests, etc. Second class people knew their discretions and duties along with the
consequences in case of delinquency. The oldest document is the well-known law-book of
king Chamurapi in Babylon, 3700 years ago. While in Babylon the power of the king was
controlled by priests through the main God, Marduka, in other civilizations the king is the
Chief priest (China) at the same time or God or son of God (Egypt) where God defines rules
through his son or Pharroh.
.... All religious systems manipulate the believers as if they were unvalued people
without own opinions. Bible speaks about the Celestial Father and divine children. Priests are
giving titles: Honourable Father, divine father etc. and at all costs they try for maximum
honour and benefits for themselves that are linked to it. Mother or Father is God for a child – a
stable source of comfort, as far as he grows up. Though some people (and they are still in
majority) stay children for ever, because:
WHO BELIEVES IN GOD – HE HAS NEVER GROWN UP
If I have to sum up the main thoughts of the available information and submitted
opinions of tolerant citizens of our world, the following conclusion will come out of it
unambiguously:
All religious systems are effective and constantly developing compulsory managing measures
for man's enslavement. To continuously control his obedience – towards the authority. Into the
first line of connection between man and God there has been classified sacerdocy. In order to
give itself off to the announcer or spokesman of real God on this world. Only priests and
clergy need a lot of obedient and mainly generous believers.
All tyranny, managing, totalitarian and despotic regimes come out of the ideas of the only God
in religious systems. To usurp by effort and engross all the power and privileges that the
(believer) citizen voluntarily imputes to almighty, omnipresent God.
What good were and what good are man and his world for God? Does he maybe need
somebody who would fawn on him, make a bow to him and make sacrifices? Why? He
has everything, he can create anything and for him no human can reach his dimension.
People are no longer dependent on religion. As a matter of fact they had never even
been. Merely their knowledge did not have such general power so that they could live without
dependency on others. There still live a lot of people on the world who would gladly give
personal freedom and the freedom of thinking for the feeling of repletion. It will surely last until
we learn to live and think.
Though there always rule the main principle: „Allow people to be happy according to
their own ideas„, I think that the ideas of happiness will change significantly along with the
amount of knowledge.
Every human dependency is a cancer of human consciousness. It can be cured
only very rarely and by a long time. But each leads to premature death of
consciousness and body too. If we teach ourselves and the mankind of the world for
wisdom, man will no more need God and he will be dependent on nobody.
SOCIAL SUPERSTRUCTURE
Getting predominance over a group of inhabitants comes into being in different ways.
In the ancient times, in the times of generic institutions at first there were elections of the
elders, the strongest or other favoured members of the tribe. Later, when they learnt to
manage their clan and they were aggressive enough, the extent of the territory and the
number of people grew.
State formations came into existence. These had a lord, a court made of reasonable
members of the family, a management (clerks, tax-collectors, secretaries, judges), an army, a
clergy. Each component was important so as the state could exist as a whole. The lord ruled.
He needed mentors to make good decisions. In order to have his decisions effective he
needed clerks and army. But in order to have respect and honour, to retain continual
obedience and authority from his subordinates he needed something more. To teach people
the rules of the game that they had to follow and according to which they had to live.
The terms „morality, virtue” are translated from Latin as habit, custom, way of
behaviour. The society of living people has been being managed by stabilized processes
beyond memory. Some forms of behaviour are considered to be good, right, just, worthy.
However other forms are incorrect, bad, ugly and „immoral”. These moral attitudes have been
imparted to all citizens since salad days.
This is social superstructure. Legal and moral collection of principles that has to be
followed by everybody who lives in the society and does not want to have problems. For
thousands of years they were ruled by priests. Their power was endless because they set up
as God's messengers. They discovered the effects of education for handling sovereigns and
their citizens very quickly. History does not know many lords who did not want to share their
power with the clergy and God. But there is a great deal of notes about priests who became
absolute masters of lives and deaths of hundred-thousands. All religions are organized as an
army. They have a commander-in-chief, officers in different roles of importance and regular
soldiers. In the face of people they act as teachers and commissioners of God’s (Gods’) will.
In the face of suzerain they act as his slaves and interpreters of the same aims of suzerain
and God.
While the ruler subordinates himself to their interests, they enjoy the glory of this. If the
governor starts doubting that they are needed, he will hamper their expansion of power and
the arrogance of God`s servants and will teach the big principle to the priesthood:
If you cannot defeat the adversary, plot with him or serve him! Then wait, while your time
comes.
Priests have been teaching different world views to all children for thousands of years. They
only provide knowledge for an obedient believer that is sufficient. A very convincing example
is, how the Buddhists were educated and what happens in the Islamic culture in our days.
In a country, where the religion is a state religion are not many possibilities for developing
because it keeps the people in ignorance, on the level of a child`s knowledge.
Who believes in God yet he did not grow up. A child has a puppet, a toy that he talks to, he
says things to, that for nobody. He knows that the toy is listening to him patiently, but says
nothing and does not harm anybody. He gives vent to all of the child`s emotions, his stress to
the toy. It is often strucked by him, he beats it, throws it but it does nothing. The adults often
hurt their God by words, he is cursed. They know in spite of the fact that NOTHING will
happen to them because of this. They know, that „their God” does not punish them certainly.
In the novel ”Stone and Pain” the Pope reproached Michelangelo because of rebelling in the
cardinal´s corporation:”My son, God forgives you that you doubt in His existence, but does not
forgive your the rebellion against the cardinal´s corporation. He will pursue you until your
death.” I think, this may have happened because the human`s reaction can be seen, mainly if
they are threatened.
The social settlement was developing in one way for a long time. Through thousands
of years the largest respect caught who ruled, in the sky, on the Earth or in the country. The
development started with the industrial revolution on the western part of the civilization. We
needed higher level of education for operating the machines. Everyone who starts improving
his mind to study, starts thinking. Who reflects on God`s existence, starts to doubt. Not only
about God, but also about his law, which want to direct our life.
Marxism and communism appear on stage of world.
Marxism and communists.
The world knows many philosophical tendencies and ideologies. Steps were taken, that
made the increase of the production possible when these ideologies took shape. Later the
ideas were replaced by modern type, but more of it`s variants worked simultaneously. It is
possible to assign this teaching into three groups according to the fundamental ideas:
Idealist- they acknowledge God, His supernatural strength, the mankind depends on Him and
is totally subordinated. For the obedient people promises endless life after their death, in the
glorious heaven.
Materialist- they believe that the matter is primary and eternal, but the bigger power has right
to reign and the minorities must acknowledge it.
Liberal- they state that human is primary, they acknowledge free thinking, act and tolerance
with free human soul and the right for developing.
The most famous materialists were Marx and Engles whose teaching is called:
communism.
This ideology was only one, which could take over in spite of the strong political resistance,
and during the second half of 20th century was the ruler system on the quarter part of our
continents.
More than one third of the recent population lived there. Therefore it is necessary to get to
know it.
The concept of dictatorship does not mean anything else, just power which is not limited by
anything and by any rule or directions, and can commit violence. V.I. Lenin
The communists could take over the power and change it into a totalitarian system, the
direction of governors against the whole society. With the help of the proletars they carried out
the revolution.
The threat of Manifest happened, and they went too far. Their dictionary was full of violence
and anger because they wanted to win in the feudal Russian Empire. Lenin turned to cruelty
in order to consolidate his power. His substitute Stalin reigned longer, therefore he could
increase the power maximally. The Manifest was the book for the national socialists:
FASCISM.
The communists took over the experiences and hierarchy from the Catholic Church and the
mode of consolidation and increase of political power:
- The infallible pope who rules over the country with his ideology until the end of his life.

The high-ranking clerks in the church were replaced by secret agents or circumference,
district and other members of the party commission. The less number of clerks found
agitators, who were paid and acted in all of the areas of the association´s life. The
confession was replaced by the interrogation, denunciation and collaborating with security
agents paid by the state. Belonged to this from the leader`s part the obligatory status
report about their inferiors and their mood, and the obligatory cooperation with the state
security organs, if they were called upon for this.

The communist principles had the same dogmas as the Catholic Church, unalterable
social rules, their teaching about the science which was the reason of the fall of the whole
system.

The judgements and executions of the innocent victims from their followers, and mostly
the morally strong persons, were like the inquisition of the Middle Age. Mostly with the
validation of the merciful rights, which is the consent made by torture.
A French book was written based on the estimate: Le Livre du communisme, crimes, terreur,
répression (Black Book about Communism, Crime, Terror and Revenge) the balance of the
communism in the world of 20th century: about 100 million dead. From the Soviet Union 20 million,
China 65 million, North Korea and Cambodia more than 2 million, Africa and Afganistan more than
1,6 million etc. According to these facts the communism and Lenin`s marxism is irrefutable:
1. it is in the line of fascism and book about violence against the society;
2. as the form of the totalitarian system used as compelling strength of the
governors against the serfs;
3. the results of this will last for a long time, until the mankind will erase them;
4. the threat of a fall of our civilization can not stay in the society.
They took everything into national possession and therefore could establish their power
and control the security of the state, the police and army. Everything was subordinated to
them in this system, organization of society, production and obligatory work.
Communists committed the robbery of the millenium. Where appeared their power they
were stealing there. During the first decade of their reign:
(1) They nationalized the private enterprises and private firms.
(2) The peasants were forced to enter to the co-operative after their property was
stolen, and they had to work as slaves.
(3) They nationalized and stole the funds and retired persons became poor people,
who could not defend themselves, because they were without property.
(4) They turned the rules to terror, which allowed them to manipulate with the
properties and population as obedient slaves of their unlimited power.
(5) After the consolidation of their reign and financial reforms, they prepared the
population to give everything to the state, what their ancestors collected
together. Everyone became poor and depended on the state`s power. Without
any appeal. Who rebelled he risked his or his family`s life.
When the communism fell with the velvety revolution without any violence, the reign of
the communists in this regions was not over. The consequence of the forty years reign
is forty year cadres upbringing, they are the followers and reinforcing persons of the
communist ideology, builders of the contacts between the members of state security
(ŠTB).
Communists did not have to act illegally. After the silence they appeared as nationalists,
rightist reformers and an advantageous party for the society. With united forces and intrigues
they reigned the parliament, where they established undemocratic rules in the so-called
democratic ways. In this way they settled the responsibility for robberies, committed in the
past. They passed rules in the chaos which allowed them to steal more than before, and
succeeded them to collect together the previous forty years property.
The state`s executive powers and the financial institutions handed out loans to the
penniless privatizing ones for big bribes, but they knew, they will never pay it back. The
auction comission`s members lost a lot, the law shut them out from there, but these cases
were not investigated or punished. According to the law the benefit of the sold state property
should have been put to a separated „privatizing” state account.
The law known as Coupon privatization should have been put to the state property`s
fund (besides the budget), in order to increase the income of the state. Objects were stolen
again, which were built in the planned economy:
Stolen money from the pensionable salary and deposit.
The workers` salary was being stolen by communists for longer than forty years.
Children who could not inherit anything or use any capital, necessary for developing
were robbed.
The tragic irony is that many politicians and other representatives of people did not
think of arranging the basic capital funds, which would have made sure:
1. The development of education of the young generation.
2. Solidarity towards the society, when they are in crisis.
3. Dignified life for the pensioner years.
LIBERALISM AND DEMOCRACY
The cultural message of the Antic Greece for the western Europe and the world is as
important as water and fire or an invention of the wheel and script. Even before the Greek
there had been thoughts about the world order, why and who controls humanity and
determines the rules. They were priests who governed the nations of Mesopotamia: Persia,
Babylon, Assyria, Egypt and the Jews, they created the law, which punished with death. Only
they knew the script so the priests did not have to share the knowledge and the power with
anyone in the ancient times.
The Greek and mostly the people of Athens were the first who lived in democracy and
tried to get to know the world. They also knew the changing of the governments, including the
tortures, but for the democracy we did not have to wait for a long time. When free and not
threatened citizens started thinking about the world, the desire for knowledge was named as
philosophy. It was divided into: ethic, political philosophy, metaphysics, linguistics, philosophy
of religion and logic.They could have an opinion about the world without depending on the
fixed religious thinking.
Their religion had more gods, who behaved as normal human beings, with their weakness
and slyness. Presumably exactly this fact made the development of the philosophy possible,
not like the rigorous monotheist religion of the Jews.
Democracy opened the door for free thinking, therefore it is the mother of wisdom and
philosophy.
The main reason of the fall of the ideologies, the bad of society, moral decay in each etap in
civilization`s development was always the: concentrated power in one hand, or in the narrow
social stage.
Before people started to doubt in God, an ideology or in political system-started to doubt in
attendants of gods and in other truths. They worried about the leaders` mistakes. They
differed from the principles and teachings, which they propagated and represented. The
religion is so far from democracy like the dictation from liberty.
Mankind needs no gods, suparmen, or other mythical persons, who fight on the right side for
the truth. A clear legal system, acknowledged and understandable for the majority is enough.
If knowledge is received by the young generation, people will agree with the norms and
respect them. If nobody gets unlimited power above others. Do not forget that:
”Nobody has so many virtues that we should provide unlimited power to him. „ {A.CAMUS)
The soul of the human can not be conquered. During the time of oppress we always find
out methods to defend ourselves and to be free. There are no forces in the world which could
persuade people out of doing their task, if they are convinced of it`s correctness. It is
confirmed by Galileo Galilei`s statement after the trial in front of the ”holy inquisition”, where
he had to cancel his opinion that the Earth revolves. During the exit he admitted: ”After all it
revolves!”
WORDS FOR CONCLUSION
The mankind has always been searching the way to the lost paradise. All the
historical works from the old civilization write about the Paradise, where people
lived and it is possible to return there. However during recognizing paradise
images have changed our principal desire for happiness or wealthy life has
remained here on the Earth for the whole time.
In Slovak tales the hero becomes happy if he takes an old woman´s advice
and puts on a shirt of a satisfied man. After a long migration he finds an old
shepherd who is satisfied with everything. The shepherd has no idea about what
shirt means.
We do not have to find the felicity by abnegation and follow it in the satisfied
man`s track from the tale. We must get to know the most and utilize this
knowledge for the human and its society. On the way we have to take a lot of
steps, and never stop. Those first ones have outraged the generations before
us, who lived in the heritage of their knowledge and works.
This book also with his project PRING wants to summarize the thoughts
received from other`s wisdom and knowledge. It would be a pity, if the attempt
was over. If others do not join who would continue. PRING wants to serve
instructively. Therefore it is important to search the wise ideas of humanity, and
to learn and utilize them for the society. It can be achieved only with
cooperation. Everyone can apply: either to give advice or utilize for everyone - if
someone feels urge to do it so, the need to do more, which is more than just a
personal need. PRING does not want and must not enforce violently. In order to
achieve the purpose we have to answer the question, where we have to search
the way to the solution because the first step which leads to problem solving is
its definition, asking a question.
Appendix 1.
THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT PRING
PRING is the conjugated force of human benevolence in order to utilize the best ideas
for civilization focusing on the following:
1. To ameliorate quickly and rapidly the individuals` and mankind`s rate of living on the
Earth.
MOTTO: We live only once and just now!
2. To increase the quality of knowledge, behaviour and act of humanity for dynamic
development of production, to humanize the society and to free the man.
MOTTO: Who is financially dependent - is not free spiritually.
3. To end the negative incidents happening daily, including the bad habits,
dependence of drugs, persons and idols.
MOTTO: An oppressed soul oppresses the body.
4. To search, educate and support talented persons and scholars in order to continue this
process.
MOTTO: The talent of scholars is the basis of world´s development.
5. Permanent revaluation of validity of norms and ideas of the society.
MOTTO: Dogma is the main curb of development.
6. To fight against terror and delinquency jeopardizing the human existence on the
planet and to initiate the procedure against persons and organized groups. To stop any
kind of oppress, intolerance, fanatism, trading on power, we must censure everything
which is against the accepted norms and dangerous for life`s conditions on the Earth
and for people and their dignity.
MOTTO: To delegate someone´s power is the greatest revision of him.
7. To cease the sustained, dishonourable and occupant relationship between the
second genus and men.
MOTTO: The genus who bears – does not kill.
8. To make people familiar with common stakes and the possibility of mutual
cooperation with other groups of the population, including nationality, race and ethnics.
MOTTO: It is better to investigate what connects us rather than what alienates us.
9. The education of the third millenium`s generation, which can erase the fear of the
catastrophical wars. Generations without negative preconception and various
dependency. In order to have hope and chance for uniting mankind on the planet, to
advance the civilization HOMO SAPIENS together.
MOTTO: As you teach me today – in that way we will live tomorrow.
10. Main purpose: Permanent endeavor for creating optimal conditions for developing the
human society on the Earth.
MOTTO: For great purposes it worth to live and bear something.
Appendix 2.
THE BASIC CRITERIA OF VALUE
THE FIRST PRINCIPLE
The man is born and lives thanks to the planet Earth`s productivity. He does not know all
secrets of the life conditions, but has gifted intellect with thinking, speech, script, creativity,
ability to presume and to develop himself regularly and his civilization. Everyone is an
individual and inimitable original.
The human became a decisive phenomenon of the planet. He gains everything from it
which is necessary for life and remains his race. A man is able to survive in the hardest
conditions and becomes the co- creator of the environment, where life can and has to exist.
The mankind does not behave always judiciously. With his activity he started to threat the
standard of life on Earth and the survival of his own race.
The project PRING`s first criteria of value is to ameliorate the condition and
standard of life`s environment and life of all species.
THE FIFTH PRINCIPLE
The transportation of protein is very important for the brain´s development. Satisfaction is
necessary for higher creativity of a human. It is impossible to achieve with lack of resort for
individual necessities. While temporary lack provides less energy for activity - permanent lack
and misery are the basis of despair and uncontrolled behavior.
Social, religious, national, ethnical or social passion, agitation and violence have
substrate, source in critical economical situation and oppression of people. It is not important
who provides help, job, bread, services – but anyway it is sufficiency, enough money,
available and qualitative needs.
Regular production of enough, available and qualitative needs for everyone,
compared to the level of the society`s knowledge – is the first criteria of value of the
project PRING.
THE LAST PRINCIPLE
From every teaching at least one statement, rule or norm from the complex
knowledge is not true.
To attest systematically all validities of orders, orderliness of norms and rules adjust them
to constant needs of the society – is the duty of an experiencing civilisation.
