Scavenger Hunt Rules & Regulations
1. Each team will consist of 10 girls and must be made up of Pearlettes, Amicettes and Archonettes.
2. Each team must select one person to be the Team Captain and Time Tracker. This person will ensure all
items are found and will be responsible for bringing them to the meeting location on behalf of the team at the
designated time.
3. Your team must stay together at all times. Do NOT split up to divide tasks.
4. Your team, in its entirety, must return to the designated location no later than the specified time as given by
the judges.
5. Teams who are late returning the designated location will lose one point per minute up to 10 minutes. Any
team arriving after 10 minutes will automatically be disqualified.
6. All decisions by the judges are final. No exceptions. No appeals.
7. Have fun and play fair! If any member of your team is caught cheating, stealing or copying other people’s
work, the team will be disqualified.

Team Captains MUST write down clue answers on Scavenger Hunt Checklist for credit.

Once checked-in, teams are NOT allowed to look for additional items, take photos, etc.
Remember you are in a hotel so there should be NO RUNNING OR LOUD TALKING.
Please be respectful, courteous and polite. You never know who may have a piece of the scavenger hunt.

and Archonette), we reserve the right to reassign the youth to various groups as needed.
