If you know you will be absent for your class, we are happy to extend you a ‘credit’ towards another webinar provided you give
us a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the start of the lesson for which you’ve signed on.
In case where notifications fall short of the minimum 24-hour required advance notice or in case where the student is absent, the
lesson is considered completed and no credit or refund will be awarded.
PAYMENTS:
Students purchasing online lessons have a 7 business day ‘cooling off’ period (also known as a ‘right of rescission’. If your class
starts before the 7 business day waiting period, the student has the option to waive his or her right and he or she will be subject to
the school attendance rules.
SCHOOL NOTIFICATIONS / Intermediate Grammar Webinar Series:
All of our online classes are delivered with a live teacher without exception. On rare occasions the teacher may have to cancel a
class. If this occurs, the Morgan School of English will notify the students with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session and
will offer the students an option of either a full refund for the webinar or a credit.
In the unforeseen event where there is a major complications such as internet outage in the area, for example, and the school is
forced to make an announcement with less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the class, students are entitled to one free
webinar of choice plus either a full refund for the class in question or a credit towards another webinar.
