Class Schedule:

Except on holidays, the school opens from 2:00PM to 5PM at Beck Middle School on Saturdays ( 2 hours of Chinese class and one hour of art or other Chinese cultural class optional).

5 years old and above to enter for kindergarten class. The parents should present proof of birth or a passport that indicate the birth date on or prior to August 31 of the eligible year.
Registration Date:

The registration starts on My 30, 2015 . The priority for the admission will be given to the students who registered on or before August 15 and will be on the first come first serve basis. The second priority will be given to the siblings of the existing students (from other Hua Xia Campus for this semester).

The registration is on the school year basis.
 The admission notice will be sent to the applicant through parent’s email address. Please provide one or more email addresses on the application. If you do not have an email address please fill in
“none”.
Courses:

Chinese as Second Language for student who do not speak Chinese at home. The Chinese courses will be offered with a special course material. The candidate could be both adults and children.


See application for the specific courses offered this semester. The kindergarten students are limited to the classes set for the ages.

Adult recreational classes will be offered pending on the availability of the teacher and number of applicants. The courses will be announced shortly before the school starting date. It is possible that the class contents may be adjusted. Unless the applicants are willing to increase the amount of the fee to cover the cost in case of inadequate number of attendances.
Tuition and Fees:

Chinese Second Language Course: $320 /year, $180/ semester

Art and Culture: $180-$/year, $100/semester

Books are not included in tuition, you can purchase them separately at the beginning of the school
Class Switch:

The students or parents can request switching classes after the school starts. The switch will be approved if the positions in the targeted classes are available and a valid registration receipt should be presented to registration officers.

The switch is only allowed in the first two weeks of there will additional $10 fee for the switch. The switch will not be allowed after two weeks of school.

When the switch takes place after receiving the textbook, the books shall be returned in good condition before getting the new books. There will not be allowed for returning damaged textbooks.
6. Withdraw and Refund:

Withdraw request shall be made in writing and shall be attached with registration receipt. The textbook received shall not be returned or a $20 will be deducted from the refund.

The tuition is 100% refundable if the withdraw request is made before the end of the first school day; 70% refundable before the end of the school day on the second week of the semester. No refund after the second week.
