A. Active Services – Non-Tariffed
General Services Agreement MI-600115 – establishes the
business relationship between SBC MI and SBCS/LD. All
Schedules are attached by reference to the General Services
Agreements. Effective – 10/31/00.
Schedule 148 - Network Fraud Control System Support Services covered under this Schedule will include- network
monitoring, fraud detection, fraud investigation, fraud
intervention, fraud management services, and Lost and Stolen
LD Proprietary Calling Card. Effective 4/29/03.

exception basis- in that, if other
Long Distance Service Providers
are not charged for said services
rendered by Seller, then Buyer will
not be charged either.
Schedule 699 – Employee Concession - Services furnished
under this Schedule will consist of the issuing credits to Buyer's
employees on their monthly telephone bills in the amount of
Seller's charge(s) for local telephone service provided by Seller
during that particular billing cycle, using procedures currently
utilized for Seller's employee concession amounts. Effective
1/26/04.
Service Pricing Schedule T04801-MI-3W7 – Global Markets
Services - Includes but is not limited to receipt and handling of
customer questions about a pending order, receipt and handling
of customer inquiries, complaints, and appeals, provision of
customer information to Buyer, and receipt of potential service
affecting information from Buyer, and Third Party Verification
(TPV) information associated with alleged slamming complaints
lodged against Buyer after Buyer first fully investigates the
complaint. Also includes High Volume Calling Plan (HVCP)
indicator accessed by Telegence and ESON, ASON and ASON
+. Effective 4/1/04.

Service Pricing Schedule T04G01-MI-3W7 - Business
Communications Services - Includes but is not limited to receipt
and handling of customer questions about a pending order,
receipt and handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and
appeals, provision of customer information to Buyer, and receipt
of potential service affecting information from Buyer, and Third
Party Verification (TPV) information associated with alleged

Agreement – Services include Slamming Protection that is
designed to guard that the subscriber’s carrier(s) selection
cannot be changed without direct express authorization from the
subscriber. Effective 9/30/03.
Intellectual Property/Proprietary Information Master License and
Sharing Agreement - Services as used herein shall mean but
not be limited to the provisioning of Intellectual Property and/or
Proprietary Information by Licensee in accordance with all laws,
regulations, and policies governing such transactions. Effective

system concerning customers that select SBCS as the primary
