Third Session Requirements
FINALS

Athletics
1.
#3A- with guidance from counselor, establish a personal training program suited to the activity you have chosen
(different from sports).
2. #3B - organize a chart for this activity and monitor your progress during this time.
3. #3D -at the end of the season, discuss with your counselor the progress you have made during training and
competition and how your development has affected you physically and mentally.
4. #5 Complete the activities in FOUR of the groups listed on your worksheet and show improvement over a three
month period.
Automotive Maintenance
Please Note: Session III for automotive maintenance will NOT be on March 19th. This session will take place at Mr.
Loucka residence. Details and date to be arranged with scouts and parents.
