Global Tuberculosis Vaccine Initiative
This project focuses on two aspects of the TB vaccine effort. One major focus is on designing
and implementing a rigorous study to ascertain, enumerate, and describe the extent of childhood
TB cases. The second is to develop a comprehensive epidemiological description of two
representative communities that are ideal potential sites for conducting TB vaccine studies.
