Software Developers
(Kuala Lumpur - Mont Kiara)
Responsibilities:









To conduct requirement analysis, design, build, test, deployment and support of
the assigned product.
To learn application design, architecture and code from current Software
Development team in Europe and replicate product knowledge locally.
To work with the other Application Development and Support teams to coordinate
efforts on application architecture design, code reuse, consistency and interface
integrity.
To develop, document and adhere to configuration management standards and
procedures.
To troubleshoot product issues in development, test and production.
To ensure that development team adheres to timelines.
To proactively identify and escalate risks/issues and provides suggestions on how
to resolve them.
To provides status updates to supervisor, indicating clearly the progress of the
team.
To train and develop junior staff as the company expands.
Requirements:








Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 years of programming experience, with strong skills in Java
programming (J2ME, J2EE, Ajax, PHP, JSP, and JSF)
Mature, independent and able to manage priorities in a dynamic, multi-project
environment to deliver quality results under tight schedules
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Applicants must be willing to work in Mont Kiara.
