Introduction

Historically, soul, spirit and analytical mind have been consequently formed in psychoenergy. Interactions of the sociosphere with the
human specify development and evolution of human energy that are
characterized by:
— individual properties, personalization;
— mutual dependence of subsystems of psychoenergy.
Today, when individuality is needed, a human focuses his attempts
on spiritual enhancement — the main human value, the core of his personal spiritual property. More and more people today transfer from the
producers’ environment to the environment of creators who create the
basis of the noosphere (spiritual life of the society). And the problems
of the egosphere (human nature and the science that studies it) become
paramount.
An important problem of the egosphere arises in the course of living activity — to acquire its best or optimal condition under maximal
devotion to the activity, to acquire spiritual power and material wealth.
Human maximal and minimal abilities are specified by biological laws.
According to these laws, human egoenergetic space (spirit, soul and mind)
and, first of all, his separate subsystems, is created. Human spiritual development can run independently from the society, and a human can
get a level higher than the society in general.
In remote past, the human, in his spiritual life, followed ascetical
theology — a science about the right and virtuous life. This science studied objective laws of spiritual life and conditions of their implementation as well as possibilities of delusions. Ascetical theology
can be applied to all conditions of life and labor; it reliably guides the
human to the selected goal of life. Ascetical theology was a firm basis

of enhancement of processes of spiritual life in churches, consequently,
in the world (Matthew 5:13) and for the world (Rom 8:19–21) [18].
Today, both Christians and the entire mankind possess no knowledge about ascetical theology, whereas it has been “the major science
among all sciences” in the past, before the society got divided into the
religious and the secular. After the schism, the human consigned ascetic theology to oblivion. Only Biblical Writs remained where the Planet’s Intelligence in the spiritual, moral field is represented [85].
The human nature science is considered to be a successor of ascetic theology today. This science is able to teach not only to genetic
and intellectual nature but also to the moral one.
Most of Biblical Wisdoms are still actual today — it is a fertile field
for creative people. They are highly needed here to build the Sociosphere
Mind, the Mind of the mankind, to approach the epoch of establishment
of the noosphere (according to V.I. Vernadsky) and of the sociosphere of
energies sustainable development [39]. History knows formations whose
structures contained rules and laws of religious teachings about the sociosphere and, first of all, about the state power system. Results of mutual
influences are obvious: the most striking example is the teaching of
Confucius.
Creation of the state power system based on castes (caste systems)
took place in India and beneficially influenced on development of the
society at certain stage of its life. Morality served as the basic indicator of the sociosphere condition [44]. As a rule, we do everything for
the good of our soul and often go to extremes in our deeds creating thus
the corresponding losses. Values of genetic and intellectual losses influence on:
— life duration;
— spiritual life;
— soul life;
— mental life.
It specifies the corresponding advances and fails.
The human with his energy is characteristic for conditions in the
following areas:

— area of optimal values of energy when there is no illness, objective self-estimation;
— area of admitted values when, for example, it is possible to cure
illnesses with the corresponding loss or decrease of self-devotion;
— area of critical states specified, as a rule, in their extremity (i.e. in
catastrophic situation) by zero energetic potential, for example in case
of apparent death.
An example of critical state is immunodeficiency in the form of insomnia. Every third person in Europe and America suffers from the
latter. And, for example, in the USA, annual income from selling soporifics is 500 million dollars.
Specialists predict that approximately 60% of the Earth population
will be subjected to depression in the future. These predictions are the
way to involution. It should be noted that nothing can destroy the human,
the nation, the state so rapidly like its own degradation. Outside influence can physically destroy; but it occurs seldom. But depression is
a straight way to degradation [39].
If psychoses are not cured, they cause risk situation. One million
of the Earthmen die on their own free will annually. It means that one
human being dies every 40 seconds. According to medics’ forecasts,
the amount of suicides will increase half as much again as today by 2020.
In recent years Russia has also become a leader of suicides —
their amount is 3 times greater than on average in the world. About
60 thousand people commit suicide annually here (it is twice greater
than amount of people dying in road accidents). 500 000 people died
this way during the period from 1995 to 2003. Every 20th attempt of
suicide finishes with death. It means that 10 million people were trying to commit suicide during these 8 years!
Russian men commit suicide 6 times more frequent than women.
More than a half of self-murderers were younger 30.
Facts.
40% of the Russian population possess mental derangements that
have not become illnesses yet.
7% of healthy Russian people possess depressions.

Everyone of us loses 10 years of life because of unsolved soul problems. But not everybody consult a psychiatrist. And approximately 8 million people do it annually.
300 000 people are seriously ill, undergo continuous impatient
treatment. The most spread illness among them is schizophrenia.
Mental derangements will be in the top five of the most widely spread
illnesses on the Earth by 2020.
All this emphasizes the importance and urgency of problems of the
human risk including problems of bioenergetic systems.
The egosphere is a system with a unique structure with no equivalent among technical systems. It forms the goal and means of its
achievement. It possesses numerous programs. Their amount gradually
changes. This means that the egosphere is a dynamical system.
The most common thing for egospheres is their energy which is created by the organism and is controlled and managed by the psychoenergetic system. Life time of the egosphere is the primary and, to some
degree, the basic index of the egosphere state. And egoenergy which
is a secondary index of its state is an exhaustive characteristic of it.
Hence, there are primary and secondary indices of the egosphere condition intended for the purpose of living activity. Secondary (energetic)
indices possess more reliable knowledge about the egosphere and its
abilities. Complexity of building of secondary indices is specified by
absence of a common energy source. And every organ generates its
own energy, every cell produces its own magnetic field.
Control and management system regulates the amount of blood pumped by the heart, the amount of air passed through the lungs, the amount
of food digested by the stomach. These systems specify optimal conditions of creation of energetic potential which provides performance
of necessary physical and intellectual loads.
This monograph considers theoretical fundamentals of analysis, prediction and management of risks of the human as of a biosystem within
the medium of bioenergy created for the purposes of living activity. An
attempt of understanding is performed on the basis of system fundamentals of the human nature science. The latter considers the human na482

ture as a dynamical system which unites genetic and intellectual fundamentals of the egosphere.
Human organism is created in accordance to the laws of physics and
chemistry. They never change. These laws are true for every nerve, every
muscle, every part of our body. These laws manage cells, tissues and
organs of the body and charge them with certain functions. These laws
operate mainly via complex net of nerves that run though the whole
of the organism. They operate through the central nervous system where
nerve impulses arise. Also they operate via the vegetative nervous system which is not under direct control of the consciousness. This is the
initial position of creation of the human nature science, the egosphere
science — understanding of the laws that manage the egosphere.
The monograph widely uses such properties of dynamical systems
as energy and energetics.
According to “Bolshaya sovetskaya entsiklopediya” (“Great Soviet
Encyclopedia), “energy (derived from the Greek enérgeia — action, activity) is a common numerical measure of motion and interaction of all
kinds of the matter. The notion of energy links all natural phenomena”.
“Entsiclopedichesky slovar’ Brokgauza I Efrona” (“Encyclopedic
dictionary if Brokgaus and Ephron”) gives the following definition:
“Energetics is the teaching about energy”.
The monograph uses the notion of “energy” applied to a certain object. Energetics relates to the system which performs, according to the
definition from “The Great Soviet Encyclopedia”, “receipt, transfer, transformation and using of different kinds of energy”.
This monograph should be considered as a continuation and development of the subject of human risk. The beginning of this subject is
in the book “Human risk” published in 2001. These books should be considered as requiring significant understanding and deepening.
The author appreciates A.G. Spirkin for valuable ideas and notes
that he stated in a personal conversation in the course of discussing of
problems of human risk, for high estimation of acquired results. Also,
