Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 66 (1) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following
substituted:
(1) In this Part,
“federal investment regulations” means sections 6, 7, 7.1 and 7.2 and Schedule III to the “Pension Benefits Standards
Regulations, 1985” made under the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 (Canada) as they may be amended from time to
time.
2. Section 79 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Beginning on January 1, 2001” at the beginning.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
