Projector Spiff Promotion
Dealer Salespeople can earn $$$ by selling Ricoh Projectors
Effective April 1 through June 30, 2014
Dear AV Dealer Principal,
Ricoh is excited to be expanding its line of projectors to include the new Desk Edge and
Short Throw models. The unique Ultra Short Throw (PJ WX4130N) projectors and High
End Install based models all continue. We know that your customer have many
manufactures to choose from and we appreciate the time your salespeople take to
present our products. To better show our appreciation we would like to introduce the
Ricoh Rewards Program. During the program period your salespeople will receive extra
$$$ each time they sell a Ricoh projector. We have designed the program to be simple,
quick and efficient. The Spiff payments will be made directly to a Ricoh Rewards
Prepaid VISA® Card issued to each of your salespeople once they sign up, and earn
the first reward, on our Ricoh Rewards site. The salesperson can submit sales
documentation daily or weekly and credit will be applied to their cards within 3 to 4
weeks after initial claim approval. Spiff amounts will vary for each projector (see chart)
and will change from time to time so check the Ricoh Rewards site for the most up to
date listing of models and amounts.
Ricoh projectors are available in Entry Level (2 models), Desk Edge line (4 models),
Short Throw (2 models) an Ultra Short Throw (2 models) and High End (4 models). The
Entry Level through the Ultra Short Throw projectors includes a carrying case, 10’ AC
cord, VGA cable and Remote Control unit. Features include brightness levels of 2,500
to 6000 lumens, WXGA, XGA and SVGA resolution, Networking or non-Network
capabilities. The PJ WX4130 Ultra Short Throw projectors are the smallest, lightest and
provide the largest image with the shortest throw distance in the market today (4.6” from
wall – 48” diagonal image to 9.8” from wall – 80” diagonal image).

Promotion period: April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014
Eligible products: Main models listed in the table above.
Promotion Description: Authorized Reseller Salespeople can receive spiff payment from
Ricoh for selling eligible Ricoh projectors that have been invoiced and shipped by the
Reseller during the promotion period.
Inventory: Only “A” stock inventory is eligible for the Spiff.
Submission Deadlines: Spiff claims must be submitted online within 30 days of the end
of the promotion period.
Payee will be responsible for all Taxes

Spiff Claim Process: To enter a claim the third party Reseller salesperson must follow
the following steps:
o Go to www.ricohrewards.com
o Complete the Spiff Program Enrollment form. The salesperson will receive
confirmation following successful enrollment.
o Log into the site, click on claim.
o Complete on-line claim form and submit
o Print a copy of the Claim Confirmation page and send a copy with the original
sales invoice. Backup paperwork must be submitted by:
