Happy Hour Fundraisers Is there a bar where you and your friends or coworkers love to hang out? Why not ask them to pair up to help with your Light The Night fundraising? Some bars in the area will gladly host non-profits happy hour fundraisers. There are different ways bars hold fundraising events. Here are the most common: o In exchange for a $10 donation, patrons receive a wristband that gives them exclusive specials. o A specific % of the sales from a set time period will be donated. o $0.50 or $1 from every item sold between a set time period will be donated. Make sure to spread the word and get people there! If you bring a crowd that the bar doesn’t normally see, they’ll be more inclined to host events for you again! Get some items to give away like Light The Night gear or some gift cards to local businesses to make the event more fun!
