KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE CAREER
Present job (Project Manager)
Responsible for the fabrication /manufacture of Water treatment plants like R.O Plants, Water purifiers, Dissolved
Air Flotation (DAF) equipment and allied steel structure as per client’s design and project specifications:
 Review the project proposal / bid and support the commercial group to develop project budget
 Review & analyze production plan and arrange the required resources to conform delivery schedule.
 Coordinate with Quality staff to incorporate specific quality control requirements in production schedule.
 Support the Quality group to arrange WQT and PQR as per project specifications
 Ensure correct deployment of resources and review/monitor daily progress
 Support Procurement group for timely arranging all the required materials, equipment & services
 Liaison with client’s quality representative / third party inspectors to conduct inspections
 Support quality group to perform all inspection and testing including NDT and prepare quality dossiers
 Ensure timely delivery/handover of plant/equipment to client by controlling equipment breakdown, idle
manpower and delays in material supply at site/workshop
 Maintain safe and healthy working conditions at workshop/project site to achieve maximum possible
outputs without LTI
 Develop employee incentive plan as per project budget to motivate the workforce to develop interest in
their assigned job
 Coordination with all departments of the company for in time successful completion of the project,

petrochemical, power, process, oil & gas plants,
 Review and revise the project proposal to help prepare the project quality budget,

 Review and monitor level-3 &4 execution plan & monitor indents for procurement of required materials;
 Manpower management and budget control, economic deployment of tool & equipment,
 Liaison with client and third party for safety & quality matters, and provide technical & administrative
support to execution and quality staff,
 Responsible for overall development, implementation and acquiring certification for Quality management
system QMS ISO 9001:2008.
 Responsible for the control of quality & HSE documents for their correct issuance & use and QHSE audits.
 Responsible for the development of QHSE budget and its proper utilization in all departments/projects.
 Responsible for managing human resource, evaluating & organizing their QHSE training and ensure the
provision of calibrated IMTE as per requirements of the project
 Advise top management regarding improvement in the existing policies for continual system improvement.
 Ensure the compilation & submission of Quality records, as per project / contract specifications.
 Take responsibility and ownership of company’s Quality Policy and its core & operating values for their
better implementation.
