drinktec 2005 – no other trade fair features a comparable range of products
Whether beer, fruit juice, water, wine, tea, coffee, mixed milk drinks, yoghurt
drinks or energy and wellness drinks, drinktec 2005 will provide the right
technology for every beverage. Irrespective of which cultural circle the beverage
comes from and whether the focus is on its production, bottling or packing,
drinktec 2005 will be the complete provider - at the New Munich Trade Fair
Centre from 12 to 17 September 2005.
Water should be clean and pure
Water is an end product in the form of mineral, spring or table water and also acts as
the basis for other beverages. The exhibitors at drinktec 2005 will include
manufacturers of deaeration and carbonation systems, containers, tanks, analysis
apparatus, measuring equipment and filtration systems. Manufacturers of bottling
plant and machinery will also provide a complete overview of every step in the
production and packaging of your products – along with all the necessary auxiliary
modules such as inspection and testing equipment, labelling machines, packaging
materials and closures, and packaging, conveying and palletising systems.
Beer - made with modern equipment from start to finish
Every step of the entire beer brewing and production process will be covered at
drinktec 2005: specialists in the fields of malting, wort production, mashing,
clarifying, wort boiling, brew house equipment, fermentation, ageing and filtration
will exhibit their complete range of products. The subsequent filling and bottling
processes, including all steps such as sealing, labelling and checking filled and empty
bottles, will be covered by a large number of suppliers at the trade fair. A great deal
of attention will also naturally be paid to all the packaging systems currently
available, including glass and PET bottles, cans, barrels, etc.
Fruit juice – exotic, traditional or new mixtures
drinktec 2005 will be the ideal trade fair for fruit juice manufacturers interested in
new technologies. That’s because all the key elements of fruit juice production will
be presented here: raw materials that form the basis of the manufacturing process,
e.g. concentrates, essences and sugar, processing equipment for fruit and vegetables,
water treatment processes and filtration systems. A large number of manufacturers of
measuring and control systems and laboratory analysis equipment will also be
exhibiting at the trade fair. The exhibition programme will be rounded off by bottling
and sealing systems, monitoring systems, labelling systems and packaging,
conveying and palletising systems.
Tea & coffee– now available in a wide variety of mixed drinks
Tea and coffee manufacturers now have more market opportunities than just
traditional tea and coffee beverages. This fact will be impressively demonstrated at
drinktec 2005, for example by vendors of raw materials such as concentrates,
essences and sweeteners. Also on show will be modern systems for mixing, water
treatment and product treatment, as well as the appropriate measuring and analysis
equipment.
Filling systems – including modern cold aseptic processes – containers, seals and
closures and technology for inspection, labelling and packaging are just a few more
examples of the broad spectrum of relevant products that will be on show at the trade
fair.
New age beverages - up-to-date technology for new mixed beverage trends
Beverage manufacturers who are moving with the times and launching interesting
new creations will find information at drinktec 2005, for example on raw materials
such as concentrates, essences and sweeteners, and on processes such as continuous
and batch mixing methods or the various stages of the water treatment process.
Liquid food – state-of-the-art technology for a wide range of applications
Liquid food has a new home at drinktec 2005 – products such as vegetable oils,
ketchup, sauces, etc. are predestined to benefit from processes used in the beverages
industry.
Vendors of tanks and containers, mixing systems, extraction systems, homogenisers,
heat treatment systems, measuring and control systems, and laboratory analysis
equipment will provide you with a wide range of information. The exhibition
programme will be complemented by filling systems, the full spectrum of containers,
seals and closures, inspection and labelling systems, as well as packaging, palletising
and conveyor systems.
Wine & sparkling wine - advanced equipment for producing fine vintages
Good wines deserve the best equipment and technology. drinktec 2005 will therefore
cover the entire spectrum of wine and sparkling wine production. Tanks and
containers, must conveyors, weighing system, presses and red wine production plant,
stabilisation installations and desulphurisation plant are just a few examples of the
large number of products that will be on show. The extensive wine and sparkling
wine section at the trade fair will also include bottling and sealing machines, labelling
and inspection systems, and packaging, palletising and conveyor systems.
Raw materials & ingredients - always needed and the basis of every beverage
At drinktec 2005 manufacturers of raw materials will find information on extraction
processes, separation techniques, drying processes, basic materials and aromas, as
well as measuring and analysis equipment. Weighing and metering systems and
modern solutions for your filling, sealing, inspection and labelling requirements will
also be important elements of the trade fair. The exhibition programme will be
rounded off by packaging, palletising and conveyor systems
Milk - more “trendy” than ever with new ingredients
Manufacturers of milk, mixed milk drinks and yoghurt drinks will find everything
related to their products at drinktec 2005. The exhibitors will include suppliers of raw
materials such as flavourings and essences, manufacturers of containers and storage
tanks, cooling and refrigeration plant, filling and sealing machines – including
systems using the latest cold aseptic processes – as well as inspection machines,
labelling and conveyor systems and packing and unpacking machines. The wide
range of products on show will also naturally include all the essential peripherals
such as measuring and control systems and laboratory analysis equipment.
Soft drinks - still or sparkling and always at hand
drinktec 2005 will be an absolute must for all manufacturers of refreshing soft drinks.
Everything needed for the production of modern soft drinks will be covered
comprehensively at the trade fair, including a full range of products from
manufacturers of raw materials and ingredients, machines for water deaeration, batch
and continuous mixing plant, carbonisation systems, containers and tanks, etc.
Bottling and sealing machines – naturally including the entire range of available
containers – inspection and labelling machines and the wide range of packaging,
palletising and conveyor systems will cover the manufacturing process for finished
soft drinks.
Spirits - the complete range of distilled products and liqueurs

countries. drinktec 2005 will be held at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre from
Monday, 12 to Saturday, 17 September 2005.
