IMPORTANT: This document should be filled in by a person authorised to register candidates for Cambridge
English examinations on behalf of your institution. This application form must be sent electronically, together
with the List of registered candidates (excel sheet) to the appropriate centre. The application is binding and
invoice will be issued accordingly.

Part 3: Registration conditions


Make sure the numbers of candidates in the application form match the numbers of candidates in the excel Lists.
Please inform your candidates about registration conditions below (you can use the following link

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
1.
Valid registration - the registration is considered valid only after submitting a completed Application Form as well as invoice request within the
registration period.
2. Late registration – the capacity of the examinations is limited. In case of late registration please contact the relevant centre.
3. Dates of examinations - the dates of the written parts are set by the Cambridge English Language Assessment and cannot be changed.
Speaking dates are set locally.
4. Examination timetable – you will receive a full examination timetable for KET, PET, KET/PET for Schools, BEC by 13. 5. 2014, for FCE for
Schools, ILEC, ICFE by 20. 5. 2014, for FCE, CAE, CPE by 9. 5. 2014. If you do not receive the examination timetable within the set period
please contact the registration centre immediately.

5. Speaking test dates: Dates of the speaking test are set locally, for any date within the set range. Inconvenient dates for speaking test must be
communicated to the British Council within regular registration period.
6. Entry form liability - an entry form is a legally binding document. It is impossible to cancel the examination, change the examination levels or
dates.
7. 50% refund of the examination – a candidate is entitled to a 50% refund if he/she is unable to sit the written part of the exam due to illness.
The medical statement together with the application form must be presented no later than seven days after the date of the examination. Late
requests or requests without the medical statement shall not be taken into consideration.
8. 100% refund of the examination - a candidate is entitled to a 100% refund if he/she cancels the registration before the end of the regular
registration period.
9. Organization of the examination - The British Council will undertake to organise an examination in a given town if there is a sufficient number
of registered candidates.
10. Examination materials - all exam materials are sent to Cambridge English Language Assessment after the exam session. All parts of the
exam remain the property of Cambridge English Language Assessment and will not be released to candidates
11. Test day photo - on the day of the test a photo will be taken of each candidate (except of candidates taking KET/PET/FCE for Schools and
KET) and held on the secure Cambridge English Language Assessment Results Verification site. The photo will only be available to
organisations that candidates give their details to. ‘If a candidate is under 15, his/her parent or legal guardian will need to sign the

NOTIFICATION
All personal data will only be used for internal purposes of the British Council and for registration of Cambridge English Examinations.
DISCLAIMER
The British Council and the examining boards take all reasonable steps to provide continuity of service. We feel sure you will understand, however,
that we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. If examinations or their results are disrupted,
cancelled or delayed, every effort will be made to resume normal service as soon as possible. The British Council’s liability will be limited to the refund
of the registration fee or retesting at a later date.
CONSENT: I confirm that all registered candidates were informed about the registration conditions, regulations related to specific exam and
organization instructions and will comply with these. Candidates are aware of the exam administration process from registration to certificate
collection.
