Electrical design and construction has been principally within the context of industrial, commercial, institutional, and public works
projects.


Bonanza Materials Corp.: Redesigned and implemented changes in major portions of the electrical distribution
systems pertaining to mining operations.
Chemical Lime Co.: Engineered and installed power distribution, motor control, and lighting systems on Glass Flux
Plant including excavations, backfill, and paving.
Chemical Lime Apex: Multi-million dollar plant reengineering, renovation, and expansion, including engineering
for electrical distribution and control systems, excavations, grading, compaction, paving, and concrete.
Industrial Construction, Inc.: Engineered electrical systems pertaining to hot plant, including electrical construction;
supervised excavation, backfill, compaction, grading, forming, and concrete at Henderson, NV.
McCarran International Airport, Grand Rent A Car (Avis): Provided design and prepared specifications for
excavation, grading, backfill, and asphalt paving of approximately 12 acres of parking lot; provided design and
contracted with Avis to install electrical lighting system in conformance with Department of Aviation Standards.
City of Henderson, NV: Partnered Green Valley Electric with Digital Equipment and Square D to computerize
major portions of City of Henderson water system.
City of Henderson, NV: Secured a public works electrical contract with City of Henderson to carry out a renovation
and upgrade of a major component of the municipality’s water system.
Pacific Engineering: Engineered 250 total horsepower water feature system.
Savage Industries: Engineered and constructed electrical aspects of transload and storage systems under the
jurisdiction of Union Pacific Railroad. Provided design and specifications for excavations, backfill, asphalt and
concrete at approximately 15% of total acreage occupied by Savage Industries.
Seven Hills: Engineered gate entry including power distribution, lighting, and landscape lighting.
Silver State Disposal & Apex Aggregate: Designed a medium voltage power distribution system.
Tate, Snyder Architects: Engineered and constructed electrical system for office building’s tenant improvements.
Thatcher Chemical Co: Engineered and constructed all electrical and underground systems for a Chemical Plant and
Delivery System.
WMK/CSR: Engineered and constructed electrical portions of pit expansion and renovation including excavations,
backfill, compaction, and oversight of prep and paving.
Chemical Lime Apex: Conducted a plant-wide study for evaluating the existing electrical system for loads and
future plan expansions, and assisted in formulating a business plan.
Gatzke Farms: Provided electrical design and supervised construction of buildings, conveyor systems, ramps, and
silos, including excavations, underground conduit, portions of grading, soils preparation, paving, curbing, silo
foundations, and building footings at Coloma, Wisconsin.
In concert with Paul Icano, AIA, conceived, engineered, drafted, and supervised electrical construction of three auto
dealerships including electrical design of service laterals, switchgear, distribution, branch circuitry, lighting, and
