Milestone Capital Advisors Appoints Dhruv Jain as CFO & Head – Risk Management
Mumbai, June 12, 2014 - Milestone Capital Advisors Limited, India’s leading Real Estate Private Equity
firm has hired senior industry veteran, Dhruv Jain as its Chief Financial Officer & Head – Risk
Management. He will be responsible for the financial control, treasury, budgeting, MIS & risk mitigation
activities at Milestone and its subsidiaries, and will also play an important role in growing the Debenture
Trustee and NBFC businesses for which Milestone has already secured the licenses.
Dhruv brings with him an experience of over 21 years across industries including the entire gamut of
Financial Services & Telecommunications. Prior to joining Milestone, he was the Group Chief Financial
Officer at India Infoline Limited (IIFL) and was responsible for the overall financial management of group
and its businesses. In his prior assignments, he has also played key roles in organizations such as
CitiFinancial, Bharti Airtel, Kotak Securities and ITC Classic Finance across multiple locations in India.
Milestone Capital Advisors manages an AUM of INR 3200 crores across 8 funds covering Real Estate,
Bullion products & Portfolio Management Services and will soon launch its 10th fund in the real estate
space.
