His in-dept domain knowledge spans from healthcare to hospitality industries. Mr Wong Tew Kiat, CBCP, MBCI, SMSCS, BCP Leader, NCS, has a vast experience in Business Continuity Planning and Management. He had served in senior leadership positions as a President for the Singapore Business Continuity Group (BCG), a Tech Industry Chapter of the Singapore Computer Society (2005 to 2008) and was a Working Committee Member with Singapore Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) and currently sits on the panel of the BCM Auditors with SPRING Singapore, to audit organisations seeking BCM Certification. As an award winner of the Asian BCM Lifetime Achievements Awards 2008, Tew Kiat is able to lend his insights not just as a practitioner but as a advisor. Mr John Chan, AVP, BCM, Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX), has been with SGX since November 2000 and is currently responsible for the overall planning, testing, exercising and training and promoting awareness of business continuity. Prior to his post as AVP in BCM, he was involved in internal audit, compliance, operations and financial analysis within SGX. Before joining SGX, John spent over five years with Monetary Authority of Singapore in securities regulation. He holds an MBA in Finance from City University Business School (now know as Cass Business School) in London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Monetary Economics from the London School of Economics and he is also a DRII-certified Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP). Mr Roland Teo, Deputy Director, Capacity Building Division, Singapore Business Federation (SBF), oversees the National Business Continuity Programme and the Financial Facilitator Programme at EBIS to help Singapore companies to be ready in terms of business continuity and to facilitate funding. Prior to joining SBF, Roland was in charge of Credit and Risk Management in Intraco Ltd group, a SGX listed company with global business presence from 2007-2009. Roland has 18 years of experience in credit and risk management for the financial and corporate sectors and is a regular trainer/speaker in this field. He is a Certified Credit Manager (CCM) since 2006 by the Singapore Association of Credit Management (SACM) where he is an active Board member.
