Federal Law. (See the back of your book.) Write only the passage from the amendment
that pertains to the stated right and ONLY write it once…do not write it for every case.
If there is no passage, write the Federal Law. Second, write two or three brief facts for
each of the stated cases so you would be able to recognize the case.
Third, write the
