A. (Community Relations) -- Building Programmer-Operator Programs Through
Collaboration—A Working Session I
Programmers and operators come together in multiple small groups to
review future programmer community affairs. MSOs are invited to
improve, critique and collaborate with their programming colleagues on
programs that are still in development. The goal of the workshops is to
produce programs more tailored to the needs and interests of both
operators and programmers. Wear your thinking cap and be prepared to
get your hands dirty.
Participants will be grouped into mini-task forces of no more than twelve
participants. Up to six groups will each look at one program and provide
input on subject, local co-sponsorship opportunities, media, on-site
promotion, metrics for success and all the other elements necessary for an
award-winning local initiative. Participation is limited, don’t be left out.
