associated with cancer. It doesn’t apply limits on the use of biological therapies, hormone or
bisphosphonate therapy and provides cover for pain relief at the end stage of cancer.
 Choose other cover options for your plan
You can choose other cover options for your plan such as Therapies Cover, Psychiatric Cover,
Dental Cover and Worldwide Travel Cover.

well. Through Vitality, they suggest ways you can get healthier and give you discounts on
things that are good for you. They give you rewards for making positive changes to your

As a Vitality member, you have access to all PruHealth’s health and rewards partners.

PruHealth help members to understand their health with a variety of health partners and
online tools.
FREE VITALITY HEALTHCHECK
Free Vitality Healthcheck through PruHealth’s pharmacy network
You can have a free Vitality Healthcheck to help understand your health. It will take place at
a pharmacy where you’ll have your blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose and body mass
index (BMI) measured and get advice on how to improve your health.
The Vitality Healthcheck also contains a non-smokers test. If the test tells PruHealth you’ve
been nicotine and tobacco free for 12 months they’ll award you 300 Vitality points.
PruHealth could also give you cash back for being a non-smoker.
One adult member can have a free Vitality Healthcheck every plan year. All other adult
members on your plan are eligible for a Vitality Healthcheck available at £15.
GP PHONE CONSULTATION
If your Vitality Healthcheck identifies any abnormal results, you can speak to a GP (details
provided by PruHealth).
HALF PRICE HEALTH SCREENS
If the GP agrees, PruHealth will give you 50% off a comprehensive screen with BMI
Healthcare or Nuffield Health (including The Executive Screen).
BMI has healthcare screening centres across the UK. You can choose from four different
types of health screens: Essentials Basic, Select Basic, Advanced, and Advanced Plus. They
look at your lifestyle, and work out if you’re at risk from things like high blood pressure or
cholesterol. They also give you advice and guidance on how you can improve your health.
You can also choose to have the health screen through Nuffield Health who have a range of
health screens available across the UK. These range from a Lifestyle Health Assessment to a
360+ Full Health Screen.
THE EXECUTIVE SCREEN FROM NUFFIELD HEALTH
PruHealth make it easier for you to keep track of your health with the bespoke Executive
Screen by Nuffield Health. The full process is tailored to your needs so you can gain a better
understanding of your health and learn about changes you could make to improve your

LONG-TERM CONDITION MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME
If you’re identified as suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol you’ll
be able to sign-up to a programme to help manage your condition. You could even receive
£100 to spend in LloydsPharmacy for taking part.
The programme is run with PruHealth’s new Vitality partner, LloydsPharmacy and offers:

rewards your employees still get discounts on things that are good for them, like gym
membership, and stop-smoking sessions. By removing rewards your employees won’t have
access to PruHealth’s reward partners, marked with an asterisk (*). If you remove rewards
from your plan there will be an impact on your premium.

For just £30 your employees can sign up to Weight Watchers Monthly Pass for up to 12
months with Vitality and join the millions of men and women around the world that Weight

employees reach their Weight Watchers Goal Weight, PruHealth will refund their £30

Your employees can buy any number of tickets for an event, but there is a limit to how many
they will get cash back on. This depends on whether your employees are on a single adult
plan or a plan with more than one adult. They will get a third of the value back for up to two
tickets if they are on a single adult plan and up to four tickets if they are on a plan with more
than one adult.
They’ll need to pay a fee to activate the entertainment benefit to get cash back with
Ticketmaster. The yearly fee is £10 for individuals and £15 for couples or families.
