Kim Morley President, Morley Consulting, LLC Kim Morley brings over 20 years of health care leadership combined with experience in local government, small business ownership, and nonprofit management. She has a strong passion for the collective impact model that aligns multiple stakeholders in the development of strategic plans that include strong fund development and effective work plans that drive results. Before “going on her own” Kim served as the chief executive officer of the Michigan Health Information Alliance (MiHIA), where she worked with a wide variety of key stakeholders – community leaders, employers, volunteers, federal and state government entities, providers, consumers and other health care industry representatives – to develop a sustainable roadmap for improved health in the fourteen-county Central Michigan medical trading area. MiHIA received local, state and national recognition for the collective work that resulted in nine out of 14 counties moving into the top half of the county health rankings, the development of a regional health dashboard and bringing in almost $3 million dollars in grants to the community. Kim also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Education for the Roscommon Area Public School District. Kim is also a Michigan Political Leadership Program fellow and Ambassador of the Great Lakes Bay Region Alliance Leadership Program. Kim and her husband, Bill Morley, are owners of Pioneer Hills Marine in Roscommon where they are committed to supporting the prosperity of the community they serve by partnering with the local coast guard to offer boater safety courses and inspections, supporting local business events as well as training opportunities for the local youth. Prior to coming to MiHIA, Morley served as the Midwest regional business manager for Mayo Clinic Health Solutions where she was responsible for new business and partnership opportunities as well as representing Mayo Clinic in their efforts to extend their medical expertise to organizations across the country. Previous work experience includes roles with the Baylor Center for Health Promotion, Fort Worth Metropolitan YMCA, Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems and Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals. In these positions, she worked closely with physicians, patients, providers and other stakeholders in an effort to educate, inspire and promote good health across companies, communities and regions. Morley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate health.
