The Zadar County Development Agency d.o.o. (limited liability company) was registered with the
Commercial Court in Zadar on 30 November 2006.
The primary objective of the Development Agency is to establish a system to conceive and
coordinate a new development cycle within Zadar County.
Our acitivities includes:
- credit financing
- guarantee schemes
- planning the development and promotion of commercial zones
- improving the business climate
- drafting marketing strategies aimed at attracting investments
- ensuring a ONE-STOP shop for potential investors
- monitoring and informing about financing possibilities
- expert assistance in the preparation of project documentation
As a supportive institution for small and medium–sized enterprises, the Zadar County
Development Agency contributes towards improving the entrepreneurial environment in the
County through its support for the opening of companies and their continued development.
We grant loans with favourable terms and privileged interest rates to small and medium-sized
enterprises.
The guarantee scheme was established for the purpose of eliminating obstacles for entrepreneurs.
We organize education for entrepreneurs, both for those new on the scene and for those already
established, to help them improve their knowledge and skills.
The seminars we offer are conceived and adjusted to our users' needs, with an aim of developing
entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurship in general.
Consequently, we provide all the information concerning the pre-accession and other funds as
well as EU programmes; furthermore, we provide our clients with the project suggestion aid
starting with their basic idea.
