Served as a guest lecturer at the annual Southeast Cyber Crime Summit at Kennesaw
State University. This lecture discussed the increasing utilization of technology by
organized criminal syndicates, and explored the implications of globalized banking.
Lecturer/co-moderator – Techno-Security Conference, Myrtle Beach, SC 2004
Served as a guest lecturer and co-moderator at the Techno-Security Conference in Myrtle
Beach, SC. This lecture explored the emerging convergence of organized crime and
computer technology.
Lecturer – Southeast Cyber Crime Summit, Kennesaw, GA 2004
Served as a guest lecturer at the annual Southeast Cyber Crime Summit at Kennesaw
State University. This lecture discussed the changing face and sophistication of
organized crime, domestically and internationally

Served as a guest lecturer and co-moderator at the Techno-Security Conference in Myrtle
Beach, SC. The paper explored the current state of technology employed by criminal
gangs, and proposed legislative action.

Lecturer – Southeast CyberCrime Symposium, Atlanta, GA 2003
Served as a guest lecturer at the annual Southeast CyberCrime Symposium in Atlanta,
GA. The paper explored the application of the First and Fourth Amendments to the
investigation of computer crime. Topics discussed included: jurisdictional concerns,
obscenity statutes, and emerging case law.
Lecturer – CyberCrime, Foxwoods, CT 2003
Served as a guest lecturer at the annual CyberCrime Conference in Foxwoods, CT. The
paper explored the changing face of organized crime within US borders and across the
globe. Topics discussed included: changing organizational structures, technological
trends, and emerging alliances.

Tasked with program evaluation for a $500,000 NIJ Technology grant. Evaluated the
effectiveness and efficiency of lap top computers capable of interfacing with various
inter- and intra-departmental technology
