2. What does social responsibility mean personally to you? Do you think businesses should
be socially responsible?
3. Why do you think organizations have increased the use of groups for making decisions?
When would you recomend using groups to make decisions?
4. Do a personal SWOT analysis. Assess your personal strengths and weaknesses (skills,
talents, abilities). What are you good at?
5. Discuss the advantages and drawbacks of realistic job previews?
6. “To have a successful team, first find a great leader.” What do you think of this
statement? Do you agree? Why or why not?
7. Many job design experts who have studied the changing nature of work say that people
do their best work when they are motivated by a sense of purpose rather than by the
