of 1000 if taken before 1995/ SAT score of 1100 if taken since

area for which certification will be sought with a 2.75 average
in the major. Alternatively, and subject to UMUC approval,

Class Time
All courses are 6-credits and are taken online through distance education. Preinternship course requires on-site field experience components as well as a 7week practicum with a virtual high school. The full-time student teaching
internship, taken along with a 6-credit online seminar, requires a full-time
presence for 80 in-school days (approximately 17 calendar weeks).
