Job Profile :
 Interact with all the key Customers on a periodic basis to understand their
requirements / complaints for the improving the and overall Quality image of the
Company.
 Monitor all the open Quality issues for the each Customer and ensure timely
closure of the same.
 Record and maintain the list of Customer Complaints and ensure timely initial
and final responses in the specified formats.
 Co-ordinate with Customers during the customers Audit and ensure all the
actions pertaining to the audit findings are satisfactorily implemented on the
shop floor.
 To carry out the process capability studies and give the feed back to the
Concerned Departments for making necessary improvements.
 Plan and implements process studies audits and ensure timely feedback is
given to the concerned departments.
 To interact with the Production Engineers / Operators on a daily basis to
analyze the Root cause for the Major Rejections and help in Problem Solving.
 To maintain , monitor and control the calibration activity for all the instruments
and gauges.
 To plan and procure the all types of instruments / gauges.
 To conduct the MSA studies as per the Plan.
 To carry out the Layout Inspection of parts as per the plan.
 To ensure the proper collection and recording of the inspection data during the
every processing stage in the computer system.
 To record and highlight the discrepancies in the route cards and ensure proper
corrective actions are in place for overall improvement in data capturing system.
 To ensure proper communication to all the Shop Floor and the Quality
personnel regarding daily Scrap percentage.
 To participate in new product development meetings and ensure the progress
of the Quality related activities as per APQP TIME PLAN.
 To participate and furnish the Process / Rejection data to the team during the
preparation of Process FMEA.
 To ensure preventive actions are in place when the new product is developed,
taking into account the experiences with similar Part.
 To monitor and give the feedback on the Quality of the new parts during the
proto type run / PPAP run with all relevant inspection data and capability Reports
to Departments.
 Leading the team of Quality Professionals.
 Responsible & looking after implementation & maintenance of the documented
system & Procedure as per ISO/TS-16949:2002.
 All QMS related documentation , process monitoring and measurement .
 Finalization of Quality Plan and Co-coordinating with Third Party inspection
