The purpose of this Letter of Agreement is to outline the benefits, roles, and responsibilities for
this Trade Agreement between eWomenNetwork, Inc. and Insert Trade’s Name.
It is the intent of our two organizations to cross-promote each other’s businesses in exchange
for mutually rewarding benefits and for helping women to achieve their goals and objectives.
eWomenNetwork agrees to provide Insert Trade’s Name:

All items listed here are for example only, so remove any you are not including and insert your own items here,
using the prices specified on the document on the MD Toolkit entitled “How to price Affiliates & Trades.”
If they have more than one membership, change the wording and amounts to reflect that.
Be specific as to number of months/times they receive or provide any items.
Add the dollar amounts at the end of each item for our review – we will remove them before finalizing the doc.
1. One (1), one-year, eWomenNetwork membership for an employee of Insert Trade’s Name.
Membership includes:





An online eProfile at eWomenNetwork.com which includes bio, photo, and link to
web site;
Unlimited access to the eWomenNetwork eProfile database of members;
Access to “members only” benefits, such as online networking and preferred pricing
on events, services and products;
Two complimentary one-on-one personal business coaching sessions, via telephone
from a certified business coach;
Access to the best selling program “Increase Your Net Worth by Developing your
Network.” This is a powerful online networking program designed exclusively for
training female professionals in the art of relationship business development.
2. A one-time lifetime initiation fee. ($580)
3. One-year coverage of the monthly membership fee. ($407)

4. A complimentary display table at any local “Accelerated Networking™” event in Insert

Term of agreement:
MD – adjust these paragraphs if the term of the agreement is other than 1 year – there is no required time limit.
This agreement is for one year.
All deal points specified in this agreement are between Insert Trade’s Name and the Insert
Chapter Name & State chapter of eWomenNetwork only. Any agreement with another chapter
must be negotiated with the Managing Director of that chapter. The member associated with
this agreement may attend any other eWomenNetwork chapter or corporate event at the
member price.
Either party may cancel this agreement by giving the other 30 days written notice (preferably by
email) that they choose to cancel. Inform eWomenNetwork corporate office by sending an
email to: affiliates@ewomennetwork.com.
Renewal of this agreement after one year: (a) To extend this agreement after one year with
the same terms: Insert Trade’s Name and the chapter’s Managing Director should send an
email to: affiliates@ewomennetwork.com stating they agree to continue another year; or (b) If
changes to the terms are required after a year, a new agreement must be created.
If this agreement is not renewed, one employee of Insert Trade’s Name may remain an active
member of eWomenNetwork by paying a $19.95 monthly membership fee.
For MD: The above paragraph should be removed if a membership is not included. Adjust the wording if more than
one membership is included in the agreement.

eWomenNetwork welcomes this opportunity to partner with Insert Trade’s Name. Our team will
provide your organization with unparalleled service and quality. If the deal points we have
outlined above meet with your approval, please print off this document, initial each page, sign
where indicated below and fax to 972-720-9995 (to the attention of Jenn Simpson, Affiliate
