BANKING PRODUCTS”
BACKGROUND
During its 84 years of service, IIBF has emerged as a premier institute in banking and finance
education. Considering the emerging requirements of the bankers in the ever changing dynamic
environment, IIBF has started providing training programmes for bankers in selected areas. IIBF
has world class training facilities at its Leadership center. The present program on FINANCING
AND MARKETING OF RETAIL BANKING PRODUCTS has been designed considering the
bankers need in the area of retail banking.
PURPOSE
The program envisages confidence building among the participants by improving their
marketing skill and enhancing their knowledge level pertaining to retail banking, both deposit
products and loan products. The program covers the entire aspects of retail banking. The
programme envisage to be a trainee oriented one, with more emphasis on interactions, group
discussions, case studies sharing of experience and interface with successful practical bankers,
apart from the usual training methods. The programme focus on practical issues and the
wholesale impact of the retail banking in industry. It envisages the participants to return to their
work place with added confidence in handling retail banking proposals.

The programme is Non residential.
In case the participants require, the Institute, on specific request, will arrange for stay in
Kohinoor Elite (A new hotel within 5 minutes walking distance from the Institute) at an all
inclusive price of `5500/- per day plus taxes for double occupancy and `4,500 plus taxes for
single occupancy. The rates are only for IIBF trainees and include breakfast, lunch, evening tea
and dinner. Four hour internet and free laundry for four pieces of clothing is complimentary.
