Planed and supervised the day-to-day actions of two Chief Petty Officers, two work center
supervisors and 40 Electronics Technicians in the maintenance, operation, and testing of the
nuclear instrumentation and electronics that regulate reactor and safety control.
Managed a $50,000+ quarterly budget for repair parts and administrative supplies.
Led nuclear fuel management program, coordinated to achieve near even fuel use between two
reactor plants during a time of extremely high power demand.
Raised morale and performance of the division coming from a previous Below Average
performance in the Operational Reactor Safeguard Examination. Coordinated training and selfassessment programs to steadily raise performance, first to Above Average, and then to Excellent
on the two subsequent examinations.
