Students will use noun and adjective knowledge to compose their first sentence in Spanish. Have students try to translate it. Give clues about what guapa means (ie: you could say this about your mom if she was getting ready for a party and she had her hair done, her nails done, her cutest dress on, etc.) Repeat the process for each new adjective (ie: Mi primo es alto. Mi abuela es baja) Ask if anyone has any questions or observations about the adjectives that we have learned about today. Guide students to noticing that if the noun in the sentence is masculine, the adjective ends in “O” and that if the noun in the sentence is feminine, the adjective ends in “A”.
