DAN RIVER HIGH SCHOOL
2013 – 2014
**SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE ANNOUNCED/UPDATED WHEN RECEIVED IN GUIDANCE**
Local Scholarship Updates are typically not received/posted until the Spring.
SCHOLARSHIP PICK-UP Seniors are responsible for mailing their own scholarship applications.
Scholarship applications that do not have an internet link will be in the file cabinet in Guidance for
students to pull. When the scholarship application requires a transcript, you should complete a transcript
request form and give it to Mrs. Stephens at least one week in advance. She will provide you with an
official sealed transcript to submit with your application.
TRANSCRIPTS Colleges require a copy of your transcript. We now can submit them electronically
through the National Transcript Service. Multiple Requests may be made on one form. Parent
signature required if under18. See Mrs. Stephens, Guidance Secretary, for more information.
Scholarships Updates will be added at least monthly and emailed to seniors.
