CAMERA-READY PAPER SUBMISSION
Please note that the final manuscript of your paper must be 4, 6 or 8 pages in length.
Each paper must adhere to the specifications given below (see the example pages):
Paper Size: A4 format (210mm width  297mm height);
Margins: Top=4.85cm, Bottom=4.85cm, Left=4.25cm, Right=4.25cm, Gutter=0cm;
Header/Footer: Header=4.25cm, Footer=0cm;
Different Odd and Even Pages;
Header Different First Page.
2. First Header: Times New Roman, 8pt., Normal, Centered, Upper Case Letters (see the example pages).
3. Even Header: Times New Roman, 8pt., Normal, Centered, Borders - 3pt. double line style - after text. The double line
will be followed by 1 blank line 1 li=10pt (see the example pages).
4. Odd Header: Times New Roman, 8pt., Normal, Centered, Borders - 3pt. double line style - after text. The double line
will be followed by 1 blank line 1 li=10pt. (see the example pages).
5. Spacing: Use single space.
6. Title paper: Times New Roman, 12pt., Bold, Upper Case Letters, Centered, Spacing After 1 li=12pt.
7. Authors’ Names: Times New Roman, 11pt., Bold, Upper Case Letters, Centered, Spacing After 3 li=27pt. Full first
name is required for both male and female authors. (see the example pages) Write the word ”BY“ in Times New Roman, 9
pt., Normal, Upper Case Letters (no Spacing Before the word BY).
8. Abstract (in paper’s language): about 100 words (5 lines approximately). This paragraph will be formatted as follows:
Times New Roman, 9pt, Italic, Justified, Indentation from Left 0.5cm, no First Line Indent, Indentation from Right 0.5cm,
Spacing After 3 li = 33pt. Do not write the word “Abstract”.
9. Abstract (in Romanian - only for Romanian Authors): about 100 words (5 lines approximately). This paragraph will be
formatted as follows: Times New Roman, 10pt., Normal, Justified, Indentation First Line 1.27cm. Use Times New Roman,
11pt., Normal, Centered, Upper Case Letters, Spacing Before 3 li=33pt., Spacing After 1 li=11p. for the paper title. Write
the word ”Rezumat“ in Times New Roman, 11pt., Normal, Centered, Spacing After 1 li=11pt.
10. First order headings: Times New Roman, 10pt., Bold, Centered, Title Case Letters, Spacing Before 1 li = 11pt.,
Spacing After 1 li =10pt.
11. Second order headings: Times New Roman, 9.5pt., Bold, Centered, Title Case Letters, Spacing Before 1 li = 11pt.,
Spacing After 1 li =10pt. Please do not use third order headings.
12. Main Text: Use Times New Roman, 11pt., Normal, Indentation First Line 1.27cm. The figures and the tables are
included in text. For referring figures and tables please use Italic.
13. Tables: text: use Times New Roman, 10pt., Normal, Spacing After 1 li = 10pt., no Spacing Before
Table Lines: ¾pt. simple line style, Table Border and Header: 1.5pt. simple line style
14. Tables’ captions: Times New Roman, 10pt., Italic, Centered. Tables should also be numbered sequentially following
the word Table (Times New Roman, 10pt., Bold, Centered, Spacing Before 1 li = 10pt, no Spacing After, see the example
pages).
15. Figures: Usually, the figures are centered (Spacing Before 1 li = 10pt.) and followed by their captions. Figures’ Text:
use Times New Roman, 10pt., Italic.
16. Figures’ captions: Times New Roman, 10pt., Normal, Centered, Spacing Before 1 li=10pt., Spacing After 1 li =10pt.
Figures should be numbered sequentially following the word Fig. (see the example pages). Please leave only 1 li = 10pt.

17. Equations: style: Times New Roman 10pt., Italic for variables, Normal for functions; size: full 10pt.,
subscript/superscript 8pt, Sub-Subscript/Superscript 7 pt., Symbol 16 pt., Sub-Symbol 14 pt. Equations will be centered
and numbered at left, in round brackets. Please write the equation’s number with Times New Roman 11 pt, Normal.
18. References: They must be numbered sequentially as cited in the text (e.g. [1], [2],..., [7]). The references use Times
New Roman, 10pt., Normal. Use Times New Roman, 10pt., Italic for the Titles. Follow the format given in the example
pages. Write the surname of authors with one blank space between letters. Leave two blank spaces between surname and
first name and three blank spaces between authors. Write the word ”REFERENCES“ with one blank space between letters,
Times New Roman 11pt., Normal, Centered, Spacing Before 3 li = 33pt., Spacing Above 1 li = 11pt. Write the cited titles
in the original paper language. For Cyrillic, please use transliteration.
19. Authors’ Affiliations: Times New Roman, 10pt., Italic, Align Right. Use * for different affiliations, placed in front of
author’s name.
20. Appendix (Acknowledgments): Times New Roman, 11pt., Normal. The title use Times New Roman, 10pt., Upper
Case Letters, Bold, Spacing Before 1 li=10pt., Spacing After 1 li=10pt. Place, if needed, above Author’s Affiliation.
21. Paper length: 8 pages or less. It is compulsory an even number of pages for the paper.
