Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Arrive on duty punctual in a clean, sober and smart appearance.
2. Co-ordinate and smoothly operate the restaurant in all aspects.
3. Take responsibilities of selection, training, managing and controlling all staffs
in the restaurant.
4. Ensure that all staffs follow established service procedures step by step.
5. Prepare work schedule, monthly training plans and training reports.
6. Take responsibilities of hygiene, cleanliness and good appearance of the
restaurant.
7. Ensure that all staffs are aware of facilities of all Food and Beverage outlets,
hours of operation, etc.
8. Solve all problems occurring in area of responsibility.
9. Control and place an order of all stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure
that all service requirements are met.
10. Ensure that all equipments used are always in good condition and clean.
11. Be always highly visible in the restaurant to assist to guest’s needs and handle
complaints.
12. Maintain good relationship with all staffs.
13. Control attendance records, duty roster, log books and quest history cards.
14. May be assigned to special duties.
