Warehouse – Managed shifts in the Marks & Spencer warehouse in Bristol with teams ranging from 20 to 30
members. Responsibilities included managing productivity and performance by organizing the hours and
motivating team members.
Transport – Daily duties included planning the store runs for the following day by analysing the fluctuating
volumes.
○ Managing a team of 80 drivers and planning their daily duties and scheduling their rotas.
○ Making sure that every trip was correct by complying with the transport legislation and that deliveries
were on time.
○ Managing the fleet and allocations on a daily basis.
○ Had to make quick decisions regarding accidents, taking on primary jobs and problems arising from
incidents on road, driver’s hours, etc.
○ Ensuring operational targets (KPIs) were met daily, weekly and monthly along with completing reports.
○ Saving costs, trips and initiating new store tie ups for save mileages.
British Airways In flight Retail- A Super User for new flight reconciliation system that new client Tourvest has
implemented.
