East District Police has apprehended a gang of robbers who had
robbed two employees of a currency exchange firm in Jaipur on 10.08.2012, of
35000 US dollars.
INCIDENT
On 10/08/12, a gang of seven persons called two employees of
TCI, a Currency Exchange Firm at Jaipur, namely Rajender & Ravinder, at a
rented accommodation at H.No-1075, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur on the pretext of
foreign currency purchase. The alleged persons tied them up and severely beat
them up and robbed $35000
(approx Rs.19.50 lacs) at gun point and
absconded.

ONE GIRL FROM WEST BENGAL RESCUED FROM G.B. ROAD : BROUGHT TO DELHI BY
LURING HER OF MARRIAGE
On 16-08-2012, one girl aged about19 years was rescued from GB Road by the police staff of P.S. Kamla
Market, Central District, Delhi with the help of ‘Shakti Vahini’, an NGO.
INCIDENT AND TEAM
On 16-08-2012, one person in distress belonging to District Sarisapara, District South 24 Pargana, West
Bengal along with a representative of Shakti Vahini, NGO approached SHO/ Kamla Market and stated that his
daughter namely Sangeeta (name changed), aged about 19 years was missing from District South 24 Pargana,
West Bengal. A case vide u/s 363/366A/373 IPC was registered at P.S. Usthi 24 Pargana West Bengal in this
regard. He further stated that she is confined at Kotha No- 59, IInd Floor, G.B. Road, Delhi against her wishes
and desires to be freed from there. This information was further developed.
After developing the intelligence, a team comprising of Inspr. Parmod Joshi, SHO/Kamla Market, Inpsr.
Binod Kumar, ATO/Kamla Market, SI Ajay Singh, H.C. Baljeet and W/Ct. Sarita was constituted under the close
supervision of Sh. Ram Kumar, ACP/Kamla Market. The representative of NGO ‘Shakti Vahini’ was also
associated with the team.
Thereafter, in late evening of 16.08.2012, a raid was conducted at Kotha No. 59, IInd Floor, GB Road,
Delhi and the missing girl Sangeeta (name changed) aged about 19 years was rescued by the police team of PS
Kamla Market, Central District, Delhi. An intimation has been given to P.S. Usthi 24 Pargana West Bengal in
this regard.
Further investigation/interrogation is in progress.
INVESTIGATION
During investigation, the rescued girl stated that she belonged to a poor family. She is illiterate. She was
lured by one boy on the pretext of marrying her and brought to Delhi. But instead of marrying her, the boy sold
the girl at Kotha No. 59, IInd Floor, G.B. Road, Delhi. The girl is being produced before CWC, Delhi for taking
further course of legal action.

BRIEF FACTS:-
Exhibiting brilliant investigating skills & professional competence, the
staff of Outer District achieved a major success by arresting one snatcher/Auto lifter
namely Gyan Prakash (22 yrs) S/o Brijesh Prakash R/o C-347, Gali No. 6, Mangol
Puri, Delhi and recovered one snatched gold chain, offending M/Cycle No. DL-4SBN-5345 used in snatching and four stolen M/cycles from his possession.
INCIDENTS/ INTERROGATION:In view of increasing incidents of snatching and auto lifting in the area
of Outer District, the staff of Outer Distrity, Delhi was directed to curb such type of
crimes and to apprehend gangs involved. On 16.08.12 at about 5:45 PM,
complainant Smt. Mangla Raju W/o Veer Raju R/o Plot No. 54-55, D-Flat, Anandan
Nagar, Rama Puram, Channai went for shopping in the Thursday Mkt, Sec.13, Rohini,
Delhi. Two unknown persons on M/Cycle No. DL-4S-BN-5345 came from behind
and the pillion rider namely Gyan Singh snatched her wearing gold chain from her
neck. The snatchers fell down alongwith M/cycle due to disbalance and the rider
namely Kuldeep was succeeded in fleeing from the spot but the snatcher Gyan Singh
was apprehended by the vigilant beat staff of PS-Prashant Vihar who was on area
patrolling. Accordingly a case vide FIR No. 318/12, dt. 16.08.12, U/s
356/379/411/34 IPC was registered at PS-Prashant Vihar and investigation
was taken up.
SI Varun Dalal , D-95, IO of the case reached the spot and recovered
the snatched gold chain from his possession and seized the offending vehicle No. DL4S-BN-5345. The accused Gyan Prakash was thoroughly interrogated and he
disclosed that he has committed theft of four M/cycles from jurisdiction of various
Police Stations. Immediately without any delay the facts were brought into the notice
of SHO/Prashant Vihar and team comprising of SI Varun Dalal, D-95, HC Atul No.
851/OD, Ct. Komal No. 648/OD and Ct. Sube No. 1437/OD was constituted under
the supervision of SHO/Prashant Vihar and immediate raid was conducted which was
successful with the recovery of four stolen M/cycles from the possession of aforesaid
Gyan Prakash.

BRIEF FACTS:-

Hooda @ Nahna (24 years) S/o Sh. Balbir Singh R/o Village & P.O. Khidwali, Tehsil
& Distt. Rohtak, Haryana the staff of Police Station Prashant Vihar has solved an
incident of robbery occurred on 08-08-2012 in Sector – 11, Rohini, Delhi.
INCIDENT:On 08-08-2012, Sh. Suresh Kumar Bansal S/o Sh. Mangoo Ram R/o
H. No. A-2/100 Sector – 11, Rohini, Delhi was present alongwith his wife Smt. Sneh
Lata and son Mr. Subham at his home. At about 8.40 P.M., someone rang the
doorbell. His son opened the door and he also followed him. As the door was opened
three youngsters entered in home pushing his son Subham. They were carrying
weapons. In the meanwhile, his wife Smt. SnehLata also came in drawing room. The
said three youngsters demanded three lacs rupees. On his refusal, one of them
opened fire. The other two youngsters got removed his diamond ring and a diamond
ring & gold chain of his son as well. Thereafter, one of them took away Rs.
2,40,000/- and one Nokia Mobile phone kept in the briefcase as well. Thereafter, the
three youngsters confined them in the bathroom of house and escaped away from
the spot. They came out of bath room after breaking window pane of bath room. On
further, checking, three mobile phones, purse of his wife and son, two HDFC, one
PNB and State Bank of Binkner and Jaipur credit cards were also found missing. The
miscreants also took away keys of vehicle No. HR – 31-E- 4000 with them and
investigation was taken up.
TEAM:On receipt of a secret information, a team comprising Inspr. Sahdev
Kumar Rana, SI Surya Prakash D- 3729, SI VarunDalal, SI Arvind, PSI Kanwaljeet,

ACP/PrashantVihar to nab the criminals behind this incident.
INVESTIGATION:One Amit Kumar S/o Sh. Jai Prakash R/o DP – 154, 1st Floor, Pitampura,
Delhi was arrested vide FIR No. 215/12 U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act PS Begum Pur.
During interrogation, he disclosed his involvement in aforesaid robbery case of PSPrashant Vihar. He further disclosed that Sajjan Hooda, Shashi Kaushik, Ajit
including Sunny Garg were also involved in the crime.
Accordingly accused Sunny Garg was arrested. During investigation a
sum of rupees 50,000/- out of robbed amount was recovered at his instance. He
disclosed the hideouts of his other associates in Karnal, Rohtak, and Ambala,
Haryana who were absconding with remaining robbed amount and articles. In one of
such raids accused Sajjan Hooda @ Nahna S/o Sh. Balbir Singh R/o VPO Khidwali,
Tehsil and Distt. Rohtak, Haryana was also arrested. In fact, Sajjan Hooda had
withdrawn cash Rs. 9000/- from two ATMs, located at Karnal, Haryana through the
robbed credit cards of State Bank of Patiala and United Bank of India belonging to
Subham. Further efforts are continue to apprehend the rest of accused persons.
PROFILE OF THE ARRESTED PERSONS:
1. Sunny Garg (22 yrs) S/o Sh. Mohinder Pal Garg R/o Flat No. 20, Pocket G -2,
IInd Floor, Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi studied upto 12th standard. He had business
transaction with Sh. Suresh Bansal as he used to supply tape material to him for his
R.O system. He could not continue his business as he ran into losses. He was having
knowledge of this fact that Sh. Suresh Kumar Bansal deals in cash from his house and
thus he targeted him to cover up his financial losses through Amit Kumar whom he
knows from the last two years. Amit Kumar further arranged rest of gang members to
commit this crime.
2. Sajjan Hooda @ Nahna (24 yrs) S/o Sh. Balbir Singh R/o VPO Khidwali, Tehsil
and Distt.Rohtak, Haryana is a graduate and working in ICICI Bank in Karnal,
Haryana. He was suspended from the bank because of his unwarranted activities.
RECOVERIES:
Rs. 50,000/- out of robbed cash, one pistol and car No. DL -2C-A- 4741(Spark) used
by criminals to visit the spot.

BLIND MURDER CASE OF ALIPUR SOLVED, ONE ACCUSED ARRESTED AND

BRIEF FACTSWith the arrest of accused namely Gaurav Gupta @ Paua (19 Yrs)
S/o Jai Kumar Gupta R/o H.No. T-58, Gali No.2, Shivaji Nagar, Narela, Delhi and
apprehension of one Juvenile (17 Years), the staff of PS-Alipur, Outer Distt. Delhi has
solved a gory incident of murder of one Deepak Goyal (19 Yrs) S/O Sanjay Goyal
R/O 64/58 Near Sindicate Bank, Alipur, Delhi which was reported on 1-7-12 in the
area of PS.Alipur. One accused Jitender S/o Sh.Sunheri Lal R/O Vill. Aharan Distt.
Agra (UP) is absconding and main accused Vikas Goyal @ Vicky S/O Ashok Kumar
Goyal R/O 2129 Nayi Basti, Narela, Delhi had committed Suicide on 8-7-12.
INCIDENTS:-
On 30/6/12 at about 11.30 P.M, a PCR Call was received at PS-Alipur
regarding dead body of an unknown male Person lying near Shiv Farm House,
Bakhtawarpur Road, Delhi. On this the Local Police reached there and found the dead
body of a young male person, age about 20 Yrs wearing Blue Colour Jeans Pent and
Blue & black lining shirt , bare foot and small injury on forehead of the deceased
and swollen face and it appeared that the dead body was dumped there . A case
vide FIR No. 207/12 dt. 1/7/12 U/S 302/201 IPC was registered in PS.Alipur
and investigation was taken up.
INVESTIGATION/INTERROGATION:A team under the supervision of Sh. Harpal Singh ACP/Alipur
consisting Inspr. Sunil Kumar Sharma SHO/Alipur, SI Amit Dahiya, HC Pushpender,
Ct Mahsher Ali geared up its resources and launched drive to develop information
about the accused person. Members of the team were assigned specific task such as
collection of information from local people about the movement of people/ vehicle in
the vicinity of scene of crime, to ascertain the identity of deceased/culprits and
electronic surveillance on the basis of possible clues of mobile phone at and around
the scene of Crime. Working at breakneck speed the police team collected
information from various sources and pieced together all the information. The CDR of
deceased give vital clue about the possible suspects. From the information provided
by the parents of deceased, enquiry was conducted with the suspect Vikas Goyal @
Vicky S/O Ashok Kumar Goyal R/O 2129 Nayi Basti, Narela. On 08/07/12 Vikas @
Vicky made a PCR call about his own kidnapping and thereafter he committed suicide
by consuming the poison. During the course of enquiry CDR of mobile phone of
Jitender analyzed. Armed with the information collected from the analysis of the CDR
of the deceased, the Police raided at several places in Delhi, Haryana and was finally
succeeded in apprehending juvenile involved in crime. He confessed to have
committed the murder of Deepak S/o Sanjay Goyal R/o H.No. 64/58 Near Sindicate
Bank Alipur Delhi along with his three associates namely Vikas Goyal@Vicky, Gourav
and Jitender . On his pointing out other accused Gourav @ Pava was arrested, who
also confessed his role in commission of crime.

they (Vicky, Jitender, Gourav and juvenile)
gathered at the factory of Vicky at DSIDC Narela and called Deepak Goyal deceased
there. They consumed beer and tactfully mixed some intoxicant in the beer of
Deepak Goyal who became unconscious and fell down . They beat him to death and
took the dead body in the Santro Car of Vicky and dumped it near Shiv Farm House,
Palla-Bakhtawarpur Road ,Alipur Delhi. They took two mobile phones , Purse ,
Chappels and Golden chain of the deceased and threw all this article expect Golden
Chain in Ganda Nala, Near Kham Pur Village

ONE PERSON INVOLVED IN TRAFFICKING OF HEROIN ARRESTED.
125 GMS OF FINE QUALITY HEROIN SEIZED.
PRICE OF HEROIN IN INTERNATIONAL MARKET APPROXIMATELY RS. 13
LAKHS.
A team of officers of the Crime Branch led by Inspr. Kuldeep Singh, consisting of SI Bhagwan
Singh, HC Narender Kumar, HC Kanwal Singh and Ct. Rajender under the supervision of Shri Bir
Singh, ACP Narcotics and overall supervision of Shri Bhisham Singh, Addl. DCP/Crime has
apprehended one person involved in trafficking of drugs and has recovered 125 gms. of fine quality
Heroin. The Heroin recovered is worth Rs. 13 Lakhs (Approximately) in the International Market.
Information was received on 16/08/2012 by SI Bhagwan Singh that a person namely Niyaz is
indulging in sale and supply of Heroin in Delhi after procuring the same from one Rafiq of Loni, UP.
The information was further developed and it was revealed that Niyaz would be coming at Metro
Station Pitam Pura, Delhi in the evening to deliver a consignment of Heroin to his contact. Acting upon
this information, a trap was laid around Metro Station Pitam Pura and at about 03:45 PM, one person
later identified as Niyaz aged 42 years s/o Late Qurban Ali r/o 2609, E-Block, JJ Colony, Bawana,
Delhi (Permanent Address - Village Patrukhi, Distt. Gadda, Jharkhand) was apprehended. On his
search, 125 gms. of fine quality heroin was recovered from his possession. Subsequently, a case vide
FIR No. 210/12 under appropriate sections of NDPS Act was registered at PS Crime Branch.
He was subjected to intensive interrogation in which he disclosed due to poor financial
condition of the family, he and his brothers never went to school. At the age of 10 years, he came to
Delhi and started working as casual labour. When he was 18 years old, he started living with one
Parvati who was a habitual drug trafficker. He also joined her in drug trafficking. He used to procure
heroin from one Rafiq of Kasim Vihar, Loni, UP who has already been arrested by Narcotics Section of
Crime Branch twice in the year 1997 and 2005.

DAUGHTER-IN-LAW TURNED MURDERER
Highlights: Gruesome murder case of an old lady solved within 72 hours.
 Daughter in law, his paramour(school time boy friend) and associate nabbed
 Weapons of offence i.e. Knife (Dav), hockey recovered.
 Motor cycle used in commission of crime has also been recovered.
With the arrest of three persons viz. 1)Sushil Kumar(aged-29 ) s/o Ramesh Chand,
2)Deepak(Aged-26Yrs.) s/o Sh. Krishan and 3) Poonam (Aged-24 yrs.)w/o Manoj Kumar P.S
Chhawla, South-West District Police has worked out a gruesome blind murder case of an elderly
lady, occurred on the intervening night of 12-13/08/2012 in the area of Chhawla. Weapons of
offence i.e. knife, hockey have been recovered. Motor cycle used in commission of crime has also
been recovered.

Rao Mohar Singh School, Paprawat Road reported that on 12.08.12 after having dinner he and
his wife went to sleep. At around 02:00 AM he heard cries of his wife and to his dismay saw that
two persons were assaulting/attacking with knife upon her. He intervened but the assailants also
attacked him with hockey and knife, in between third person also joined the assailants.
Complainant managed to save his life by hiding himself under the sofa. Trio robbed gold
jewellery and money from the house. When they fled away, he called the police and his wife was
evacuated to Rao Tula Ram Hospital where she was declared brought dead. Upon this, a case
under relevant sections of law was registered at PS Chhawla and investigation was taken up in
right earnest.
BREAKTHROUGHThis case was a major challenge for the police and the investigation was taken up in the
right earnest. Initially all the kith and kins were interrogated at length but no worthwhile clue
oozed out.
A detailed investigation plan was drawn up and several crack teams under the
supervision of ACP/Najafgarh was formed to collect evidence, gather information and pursue the
available leads. Several sources were deployed to collect intelligence in the area. All the
available resources of the sub-division were deployed to work out the cases at the earliest.
During investigation, an exhaustive list of ruffians and petty criminals operating in the
area was drawn up. Further a list of criminals released from jail recently was also compiled.
Different teams, headed by SHOs of adjoining police stations were deployed to pick up the
ruffians and recently released criminals. Another team was deployed to survey the areas
adjoining the scene of crime at about the same time following night to simulate and recreate the
incident. During this exercise , the police team managed to unearth some vital clues that some
known from the family is involved in the case.
A dedicated team comprising Inspr. Balbir Singh, Inspr. Rajesh Malik, SI Sandeep, HC
Surjit, Ct. Vinod, Ct. Ramesh and W/Ct.Indu of PS Chhawla oozed out worthwhile information
that some strangers used to visit the house of the deceased for lady accused. Deceased used to
oppose the same and cautioned the lady accused in this context. This issue turned worst when the
lady accused decided to eliminate her mother-in-law (deceased)
The entire sequence and deep rooted conspiracy behind this heinous and gruesome
murder was delineated. It was a huge efforts on part of the members of the above mentioned
special team who, after a lot of ground work and discreet surveillance, zero down the
investigation on the daughter-in-law (accused).
INTERROGATION AND CONFESSION
lady accused(daughter in law) was interrogated, initially she gave different statement,
but when confronted with hard facts, she could not give any satisfactory reply and broke down.
During interrogation she revealed that her marriage was solemnized 4 years ago against her will.
She had a school time boy friend(accused Sushil). Since the marriage was against her will, she
was in constant touch with her paramour who used to come to her when her family members
remain away from the house. Of late, Sushil was seen by her mother in law(deceased)who
threatened to reveal this relation before her husband. Lady accused told all this to her paramour
and hatched a well planned conspiracy in order to eliminate her mother in law. As per plan, a
ladder was placed against the wall one day before in order to enter in the house and the lady
accused administered some sedatives(sleeping pills) to her husband. Weapon of offence dav,
hockey were arranged by accused Deepak who is brother in law (jija) of Sushil. Adjacent houses
were bolted from outside by the perpetrators
In pursuance of confession of accused lady, associates viz Sushil and Deepak
were apprehended. Weapon of offences i.e. dav, hockey have also been recovered on the point of
accused person.

1. Sushil Kumar( aged-29yrs) s/o Sh. Ramesh Chand r/o RZP-3/190, New Roshan Pura
Najafgarh, is serving as helper in Global Sachdeva Public School, Dwarka. He is
matriculate and married. He has two children.
2. Poonam(aged-24yrs) w/o Manoj Kumar r/o H.No.16A Roshan Vihar, Najafgarh, is
daughter in law of the deceased Krishna. She is housewife and has two children.
3. Deepak@Naveen (aged-26yrs) s/o Krishan r/o Village Nahri, Kundli, Distt. Sonepat
Haryana, is a driver and plying Gramin Seva in Delhi.
RECOVERY
-Weapons of offence i.e. Dav, Hockey.
-M/Cycle used in commission of crime.
Further investigation is in progress and staff involved in this good work is being suitably
rewarded.

Whereas, a large number of private courier services operate in and around the
capital to facilitate sending of goods through courier across the country.
And whereas, it has been noticed that the private courier services generally book
goods or items to be transferred on the face value of the courier sender without bothering
to verify his or her address thereby paying the way for unscrupulous persons using the
courier services for illegal activities.
And whereas, instances have come to notice where criminals have used courier
services to send incriminatory items, contraband and even dead bodies in the guise of
courier.
And whereas, it has also been observed that the record of courier senders are not
kept by the courier services or agents engaged in the business of facilitation courier of
goods making it difficult for the investigation agencies to identify the culprits behind
such crimes.
And whereas, it is thus rendered imperative to put regulatory check on the private
courier services who deal in booking and sending goods from one place to another so that
the anti social elements may not be able to use them to send incriminatory things through
them and it is felt that immediate action is necessary in this regard.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by virtue of section
144 Cr.P.C., 1973 (N0. 2 of 1974) read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,
New Delhi’s is Notification No.U-11036/(i)UTL, dated 09.09.2010, I Ram Singh Asstt.

Driving license etc. of the courier sender for access by the police as and when

employee approaches for getting the goods booked for courier in case sender is
acting on behalf of a company of office or organization.
Generally satisfy oneself about the goods before accepting the goods before

Install CCTV with sufficient number of cameras and recording system with play
back facility, to cover booking office and the area where goods are to be kept. The
CCTV should monitor anyone coming for booking a courier.
The recording system shall preserve a digital record of CCTV coverage for not
less than 30 days.
The private courier service or agent shall cause to copy the CCTV coverage on a
CD and hand over to the police whenever demanded.
Inform the nearby police station if the courier sender of the goods is found
suspicious.
These orders shall come into force with effect from 20.08.2012 to 18.10.2012 and
shall remain in force for a period of 60 days (both days inclusive) unless withdrawn
earlier,
Any person dealing in business of courier services or argent who contravenes this
order shall be liable to be punished in accordance with the previsions of section 188 of
the I.P.C.
As the notice cannot be served individually on all concerned, the order is hereby
passed ex-parte. It shall be published for the information of the public through the press
and by affixing copies on the notice board of the offices of all Add.CsP, DCsP,

“Most wanted accused Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja arrested”
A team of Insp Sanjay Dutt under the supervision of Sh. Manishi Chandra,
ACP/Spl Cell have apprehended Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Baljit Singh @ Raja r/o Nawan
Shahar, Punjab alongwith his associate Sukhjinder Singh @ Sonu r/o Hoshiar pur, Punjab
and have recovered 411 gms. of high quality Heroin, 2.75 gms of Psychotropic
substance Speed /Methametaphine and 250 gms of Ephedrine. Also has been recovered
are three semi automatic sophisticated fire arms alongwith 15 live cartridges. A small
drug manufacturing unit in Gurgaon, Haryana has also been unearthed.
OPERATION:
On 1st of June 2012 Punjab Police had unearthed a Narcotics drug manufacturing
unit in Kartar Pur, Jalandhar, Punjab and had recovered about 50 kgs of Ephedrine and
Methametaphine (Meth/ICE). The kingpin of this drug cartel, Ranjit Singh@Raja
managed to escape. Punjab Police sought help from Special Cell in apprehending Ranjit
Singh@ Raja Kandola. On 11 August 2012 specific information was received that the
said person Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja and an associate would be coming to Dwarka
Link Road near NH-8 in a red BMW Car having registration number DL-9CC-3811.
Accordingly a trap was laid and at about 8.30 PM one red BMW car was spotted on the
service lane. Ranjit Singh @ Raja alongwith his associate Sukhjinder Singh @ Sonu
were apprehended from the spot. Two pistols of 0.32 bore alongwith 10 live cartridges
and 411 gms of Heroin and 2.75 gms of Methametaphine/ICE/Speed and 150 gms of
Ephedrine was recovered from their possession. A case under appropriate sections of
Arms Act, Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Act has been registered at PS Special
Cell, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi.
Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja was subjected to sustained interrogation. He
disclosed that he has studied upto Class VIth and thereafter his parents sent him abroad.
He came back to India in the year 2002 and met Kulwinder Singh Maan, a passport agent
from Punjab and got involved in sending Manpower abroad.
In 2002 he and Kulwinder Singh Maan while taking 15 illegal immigrants to
Zimbabwe were apprehended at Harare,Zimbabwe. In jail he came in contact with one
Serbian National, Juan @ Johan Milan lodged in jail in a drug related case. He expressed
his interest in drug trafficking in India and both shared their addresses and contact
numbers.
In 2004 after his release from jail, Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja came back to
India and again started sending Manpower abroad. In 2007, he was again arrested at P.S.
Tughlaq Road along with his associates Anil Bajaj and Harwinder Singh for sending
Manpower abroad on forged documents.
While in Tihar jail he came in contact with Sukhjinder @ Sonu who was
undergoing jail term in a robbery case of Rani Bagh area. Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja
after his release from jail in 2007 started business of Real Estate in Delhi and Punjab.
In 2011 Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja contacted Sukhjinder @ Sonu who had
since been released from jail. In May 2011 both Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja and
Sukhjinder shot at Inderjeet Singh R/o Nawashahar due to a property dispute and injured
him.
In Feb 2012 Juan Milan the Serbian National contacted Ranjit Singh Kandola @
Raja and showed interest in manufacture of ‘ICE’/Meth in India as there was huge profit
in this business. As per the plan Juan Milan came to India and reached Ranjit Singh
Kandola @ Raja house in Nawa Shahar, Punjab. They set up a Meth/ICE drug
manufacturing unit at Kartarpur, Jalandhar, Punjab. Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja
procured the raw material Ephedrine from Sukhvinder r/o Hoshiarpur, Punjab, who is
absconding. This drug manufacturing unit was subsequently busted by Punjab Police and
Ranjit Singh Kandola absconded.
Searches at the hideout of Ranjit Singh Kandola @ Raja in Gurgaon, Haryan
resulted in recovery of a small scale Meth/ICE manufacturing unit and recovery of other
chemicals. One 0.32 calibre semi automatic pistol alongwith 5 live cartridges were also
recovered.
Sukhjinder Singh @ Sonu on interrogation disclosed that he belongs to a poor
family in Punjab and due to poor economic status and a zest for earning quick money,
indulged in illegal activities at a very early age in his life. In 2004-05 he was arrested in
four motor vehicle theft cases of Hoshiyar Pur, Punjab. While on bail in 2006-07 he
alongwith his associates Satish Kumar and Swami both residents of Jalandhar Punjab
committed a house robbery in the area of Rani Bagh, Delhi in 2006 and were
apprehended. He was also convicted in this robbery case and while undergoing his
sentence in Tihar Jail he befriended Ranjit Singh @ Raja. After his release from Jail in
2011 he started working for Ranjit Singh Kandola. He learnt the trade of making
ICE/Meth from Juan Milan the Serbian national

In First Case, the staff of P.S. Bharat Nagar arrested One Proclaimed Offender namely
Naveen Kumar S/o Phool Chand R/o Vill. Nangli Sakravati, Balmiki Mohalla, Najafgarh,
Delhi Age 32 years presently residing at L-2/19B, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
He was not appearing in the Court for trial of case FIR No. 683/07, U/s 468/482/34 IPC,
P.S. Rajouri Garden, New Delhi and was declared P.O. by the Hon'ble Court of Shri
Naresh Kumar Laka, MM, Tis Hazari Court Delhi on 26/3/2012.
In the second Case, on 16.8.12 the staff of PS Shalimar Bagh apprehended one Jagdish
S/O Santosh R/O H.No. 28 , Singal Pur Village , Shalimar Bagh Delhi ,age 28 years.
He was declared Proclaimed Offender on 9-9-11 for not attending the Court proceedings
in a criminal case U/S 186/353/332/34 IPC registered against him by MCD officials on
23-6-1999 vide FIR No. 458/99. In this case he gave beatings to MCD staff who
challanned him for spreading garbage near his Chhole Bhature Rehari in Shalimar Bagh.
He left his Singal Pur Village residence, absconded and started living in Shardanand
Colony, Bhalswa, Dairy Delhi and was caught on a secret tip-off.

BRIEF FACTS
With the arrest of one person namely Lawrence Chukks (35
years) S/o Okafor R/o H.No. 22, Okennye Street, Lagos Nigeria, the
team of ACP/Bawana, Outer District has busted a gang of International
Cheats of Nigerian National and recovered one Passport and forged ID
from his possession. A case vide FIR No. 172 U/s 419/420/511
IPC dated 14.08.2012 registered in this regard as PS Kanjhawala,
Delhi.
INCIDENT :
Using the principal of escalation of commitment the group
of Nigerian Nationals cheated complainant to the tune of 50 lac
Rupees. It all started on 25.10.2010 when complainant who had
business of Garment manufacturing and trade received an email on his
website that Health Ministry of Nigeria is floating a tender of one lack
T-shirts to promote breast feeding. On receiving this mail complainant
was initially less interested in the proposition but he was assured by
subsequent emails and phone calls originating from Nigeria that
Nigeria is a prospective country for business and few anti elements are
tainting the image of the country. On the pretext of amounts like
stamp duty, registration fee, attorney fee, bond deposit, money
transfer fee and money conversion fee the cheaters induced him to
transfer multiple amounts which totaled to the figure of 50 lack.
After this complainant understood that he had been
cheated and he contacted the police and he was advised to attract the
cheaters for one meeting so that if any balance amount is to be paid
then he will do the needful so as to materialize the tender process and
on 06.08.2012 complainant received an email that a Diplomat from
Nigeria will be coming to India for further transaction and finalization
of tender. On this complainant was advised to call the concerned
person in the area of PS Kanjhawala to nab him red handed. A deal
was struck between the caller and complainant that consignment
releasing fund of 1.5 lac rupees will be paid to the caller so that the
money paid earlier will be refunded.
TEAM & INVESTIGATION:
A team comprising Inspr. Tarif Singh/SHO Kanjhawala, S.I.
Rajesh, Ct. Bijender, Ct. Manjeet, Ct. Nitin and Ct. Suresh under the
overall supervision of Sh. KPS Malhotra, ACP/Bawana was formed to
take further action and apprehend the accused involved in the
incident.
When the complainant received a call from person saying
that he is David Thema a diplomat from Nigeria and has landed in
India to refund the money taken up till now. The caller as per the plan
made came to the area of PS Kanjhawala to collect 1.5 lac rupees and
was nabbed on the spot. A case vide FIR No. 172/12, u/s 419/420/511
IPC was registered at PS Kanjhawala, New Delhi. Further investigation
is going on.
INTERROGATION & MODUS OPERANDI:
On sustained interrogation, accused Lawrence Chukks
disclosed that their gang is based in Nigeria and India and they
operate on the principal of phishing the innocent client on pretext of
huge profits in business and induce them to pay multiple amounts on
the name of stamp duty, registration fee, attorney fee, bond deposit,
money transfer fee and money conversion fee etc. Further
investigation is going on to arrest the other accused.

arrested one snatcher namely Sudesh Sharma @ Jadu while he was

bus stop.

Gali No. 13 East Sagar Pur, New Delhi, age-23 years. His permanent

he is working as daily wages labourer. He is married and has one child.
INCIDENT AND TEAM
On 13.08.12, at about 6:45 AM Ct Shivdan was on picket duty at
D-1 Janakpuri picket. After hearing hue & cry near the DTC bus stand,
he immediately reached the spot and overpowered an young person
who tried to snatch gold chain of a lady and was trying to flee away.
Ct. Shivdan without loosing the time overpowered him.
INTERROGATION AND MODUS OPERANDI
During interrogation Sudesh Sharma @ Jadu S/O Lt. Sh. Kishan
Sharma stated that he was well aware of the area D-1 block Janakpuri
where rich families are living and the women used to wear Gold chain,
bracelet and other gold jewellery. He was in need of money as such he
planned to snatch the jewellery worn by ladies. In the morning of
13.08.12 he came to bus stand Pankha road near D-1, Janakpuri and
selected his target. He executed his plan and tried to snatch the gold
chain worn by a lady, but that lady was bold enough and caught hold
the hand of the snatcher with gold chain and raised alarm. On hearing
Ct. Shivdan immediately reached the spot and overpowered the
snatcher.
Staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

INCIDENT AND TEAM
On 13.08.12, a secret information was received to SHO Mayapuri
about the vending of illicit liquor in Mahindra Champion vehicle through
Mayapuri area from Mayapuri Ring Road side. This information was brought
the notice of Sh. Vineet Kumar, ACP/Tilak Nagar. On the direction of
ACP/Tilak Nagar, a team comprising of HC Bijender Rana, HC Ajit Singh, Ct.
Shivdan and Ct. Bhimesh headed by Insp. Sushil Kumar, SHO Mayapuri was
constituted. The team was keeping the close watch on the vehicle of
Mahindra Champion. At about 7.30 PM, a person driving vehicle No - DL 1LQ
4718, Mahindra Champion was stopped at the barricades near Community
Center Ph-I, Mayapuri. He was found carrying 20 Plastic Kattas in the back
side of the vehicle. The said 20 Kattas were checked and 2000 quarters of
country made liquor make Raseela Santra Masaledar deshi Sharab, for sale
in Haryana seized.
INTERROGATION AND MODUS OPERANDI
During interrogation the accused stated that he purchased these
liquors from Faridabad and brought them to Delhi by loader vehicles. Earlier
he used to purchase these liquors from Tikri Border at Haryana and used to
sell on retail in their area but due to pressure Mundka Police they changed
the route and started purchasing from Faridabad. He planned to bring even
some more liquor to sell them for huge profit on the dry day on
Independence Day.
