WEB SERVICES WORK REQUEST FORM, CHECKLIST AND FLOWCHART
Checklist for a new website section/development of website
Before you complete the request form, please go through this checklist. You need to be
able to answer all these questions before your request can be authorised. If you would
like advice, please phone The Web and Intranet Co-ordinator on 01592 647971.
