After Engineering Graduation Total 30 Years work experience initially worked for one year in the
Greaves Group as Production Shift Engg., at Pune mather+platt India Ltd. Greavs group Chinchwad,
Pune.
Job was involved in production of food processing machinery. Heavy duty light duty and
all types of Electric Motors, Flame Proof ,Heavy & light duty, pumps, Gear boxes, fabrication of
pressure vessels and different types of structures, Rollers, mercerizers. Have successfully
managed and above work where a Group of Engineers, foreman inspectors, Supervisors and
skilled workers numbering about 250 were working in heavy and light machine shops with SMP.

Three year’s working experience in Ghatge and Patil Industries, Uchagaon, Kolhapur as
production planning control engg. was involved in manufacturing and developing company’s
latest products, i.e. Electromagnetic clutches and brakes, designed by West Germany

Development of Pizzaz Scooterete, Worked & handled all Types of HMT machines Tools, SPM. Have
successfully managed the above work where a group of Engineers, foreman, Supervisors, Inspectors
workers about 350 were working in heavy and light machine shops with SPM.
Thirty one years Experience in Gokul Dairy joined Gokul Dairy Project of Kolhapur Zilla Sahakari
Dudh Utpadak Sangh Ltd. under operation flood (milk) scheme of Govt. of India’s National Dairy
Development Board, Anand , and Financed by World Bank. As Sr. Project Engineer in 1984, since
beginning, selection of site, purchase of Land, obtaining all statutory licenses, Initially involved in Turn
key job of NDDB for lay outing a dairy of 2,00,000 Ltrs/day having Product mfg. facility. It’s Equipment
Erection
and Commissioning. training of Staff, Operation and Maintenance,, development of product
and its equipment. Have also worked with NDDB, Selection of Site and Layout of Chilling Centers

Commissioning of equipment and development.
Their expansion after full load
utilization, 4 Chilling Centers of 1,00,000 Ltrs/day milk handling capacity up to 4,00,000 day. In 1996

Glycol Chillers, Milk Reception equipments ,can washers, weighing Equipments, (CIP) Cleaning In Place
Equipments ,Centrifugal Separators, Homogenizers, CBMM, 30 TPD/10 TPD capacity Spray drying Plant
for Powder, Butter making ,Screw Compressors, Condensers, Receivers, Evaporator, for Ammonia Plant.
Service Equipments, Water Supply Systems, Water Softening, Steam Generation Boilers, Steam
distribution, condense-state recovery, Diesel Generating Sets, 11 kv. & 33 kv. Substation, Electricity
distribution, VFD & MCC’s, Air Compressors, Solar water heating System for Dairy, distribution, Effluent
Treatment plant Methane Generation, Treated effluent Recirculation , at present maximum handling
upto 10,00,000 lts/day. Their erection, commissioning , operation, maintenance as well as continuous
development and improvements is going on. In 1992 Advanced

Distribution Station, with PHE condensers & chillers, thermic fluid chiller, in New Bombay
with establishing Market sale of liquid milk to the tune of 3 LLPD. In 2001 In our own land
Have planned layout, erection and commissioning of 5,00,000 ltr/day milk pouch packing
station in 2003 in vashi Navi Mumbai, with cold storage and distribution facilities, crate washers,
advance layout of packing machines and their conveyors, Hot water generators, compressor of air and
ammonia D.G. Sets, E.T.P. Have helped for 200 M.T./day cattle Feed Plant. At present working as
Asst. General Manager Engineering.

Since march 2012 to feb 2014 working as ASST. GEN. MANAGER Head of the cattle feed plant,
Bypass feed, supplements and of capacity 200 MT and Commissioned new 300 MT per Day, fully
computerized , having most advance technology and have obtain ISO 9001-2008 for both the
CFP plants. In 2013.

Since march 2014 again started working as AGM ENGG and contributed in finalization of advance
burners weishaupt make for boilers, installation of condensate storage tanks of 25 kl four nos.
revamping of spray drying plant 30 Tons per day & expansion to 40 Tons from GEA. Finalization
of 10 ton bricked fire boilers, finalization of plant layout and machinery for one lack lit satellite
dairy at shirol. Initiated and finalized vapor absorption system off ammonia for chilling of milk in
coordination with VJTI INT OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING MATUNGA , RAJIV GANDHI TECH
MISSION. Contributed in obtaining ISO 22OOO version 2005 for Gokul dairy.

Since june 2014 working AGM BMC for setting BMC (Bulk milk coolers) clusters of 10 to 15
thousand lits of milk collection centers in adjoining districts konkan, Karnataka, Sangli Miraj,
Gaganbawda , each cluster collect milk from 50 to 60 adjoining villages. Also installation of
BMCS in indusial villages to collect high quality hygienic milk . Total BMC milk up to one lack by
using most advance technique automation. Supported by National Dairy Plan.

My present annual gross salary is Rs. 17,56,932 /- in addition sanghs kamgar kalyan yojana,
medical expenditure reimbursement, four wheeler car for office work ,Leave & other facilities ,
PF, Gratuity etc.
