Duties as follows from November 2010 To Date
Preparing Consolidated/Group Financial Statements Monthly & Yearly and
presenting to management (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and statement of
cash flows) under IAS & IFRS, across 10 business segments of the 02
companies. Also participating in Board meetings, presenting MIS Pack and
providing feedback thereof.










Performing an advisory function for GM covering various financial initiatives at
tactical level supported by appropriate financial tools and information to facilitate
day to day operations decision making. Also performed detailed analysis for
business mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Tracking business performance on all tactical decisions and highlighting issues
and areas of concern for corrective actions along with regular reviews of
business performance using benchmarks and KPIs to highlight and suggest
