Positive Method: Provide a vision of all the wonderful things that will occur if the audience adopts your proposal b. Negative Method: Provide a vision of all the terrible things that will occur if the audience does not adopt your proposal. 7) Action a. Provide audience members with something concrete and immediate that they can do to take action 8) Closer Requirements: - Your speech should be 2-4 minutes in length. - This is an extemporaneous speech.
