Suez Canal Transit Tolls as of 1/4/2009
The Suez Canal Authority has revised the transit tolls for all vessels as per their circular No 1/2007. The revised tolls will come into effect from 01
April 2008.

Loaded Combined carriers are to be charged according to kind of cargo. In case of carrying more than one type of cargo such carriers are to
be charged at the rate of petroleum products tankers
Ballast combined carriers are to be charged at the rate of ballast dry bulk carriers

Containers on weather deck
The following surcharge will apply for containers on weather deck. The percentage applied will be on the basic SC tolls. Circular No 2/2006
concerning additional charges for containers on weather deck is cancelled.
