SECTION THREE : CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO ABELLIO SCOTRAIL
STATIONS / SERVICES / PROPERTIES FOR THE PROPOSE OF FILMING.

this form constitutes an offer valid for 30 days by the permitted user. Abellio ScotRail will
consider all offers in good faith but reserves the right to reject or accept any offer. It should be
noted that it normally takes at least 28 days for Abellio ScotRail to consider any offer and make
any necessary arrangements.
the permitted user will be required to sign and adhere to all the conditions outlined in appendix A.
Permission to film will be withdrawn immediately if there is a breach in the observance of these
guidelines.
access to Abellio ScotRail Stations / Services / Properties is subject to an administration fee of
£500 (excluding VAT) for the first hour and £300 (excluding VAT) for each hour thereafter. This
fee does not include the provision of non scheduled train services, train crew or equipment. A full
quotation will be provided if this application is successful.
I hereby confirm that the above details are accurate and correct. I confirm our acceptance of the
conditions of entry to Abellio ScotRail Stations / Services / Properties for the purposes of filming.

Appendix A
WHEREAS, Abellio ScotRail Ltd (‘Abellio ScotRail’), a wholly owned subsidiary of Abellio
Transport Holdings (whose address for correspondence is Atrium Court, 50, Waterloo Street Glasgow
G2 6HQ) has granted permission to (hereinafter referred to as the “Permitted User”) to enter upon
premises operated by Abellio ScotRail at (hereinafter referred to as “the Premises”) on for the
purposes of The Permitted User by its execution hereof acknowledges and agrees that such permission
is granted on the following terms and conditions:1.
The Permitted User must accept the instructions of a designated Abellio ScotRail employee
for so long as they remain on the premises.
2.
The Permitted User must not approach any trains, enter any waiting room or platform unless
authorised.
3.
The Permitted User must not stand at the entrance to any platform or enter or stand at the
entrance to any retail unit in such a way as to prevent the free movement of passengers.
4.
Any music played by the Permitted User must be played at such a level that any station
announcement can be heard at all times.
5.
No vehicular access is permitted on to any part of any station concourse and all equipment
must be transported manually on any station concourse or part thereof.
6.
No articles may be sold by the Permitted User at any time.
7.
A representative of the Permitted User must report to the designated Abellio ScotRail
employee before the commencement of any permitted activity, when they will be briefed on
all safety related matters and arrangements for the safe transportation of goods and/or
equipment will be discussed and agreed.
8.
Abellio ScotRail reserve the right at all times to inform the Supervisor of any failure to
comply with the above mentioned terms and conditions and to ask that any such failure be
remedied forthwith.
9.
Notwithstanding the terms of clause 8 above, in the event of any failure to comply with the
above mentioned terms and conditions, Abellio ScotRail at its sole discretion reserves the
right to require the Permitted User to vacate the premises forthwith.
10.
At such times as the Permitted User vacates the premises whether at the end of the period of
permitted use or sooner if, at the request of Abellio ScotRail, the premises must be left in a
neat and tidy condition and any material or equipment brought by the Permitted User onto the
premises must be removed.
11.
The Permitted User hereby acknowledges and by its execution hereof agrees and undertakes to
be responsible for and indemnify Abellio ScotRail and its servants and agents from and
against all liability for personal injury whether fatal or otherwise, loss or damage to property,
arising as a result of any fault or negligence by the Permitted User.
12.
This agreement shall ensure for the benefit of any successors, assignees and/or transferees of
Abellio ScotRail or any part of its undertaking.
13.
In this agreement any reference to the singular shall include reference to the plural and vice
versa.
