THE NEFILIM STATEMENT

BACKGROUND
Following several years of personal Spiritual Development by Brigadier Kathryn Anne Malone,
PK, and enduring a continuous accuracy beyond any question of ability – but enduring perpetual failure
with respect to that accuracy that proved beyond happenstance and coincidence – it was decided that I
should again attempt to find the cause for those perpetual failures. First, permit the evidence: using the
at-random lottery numbers as a comparison, Brigadier Malone correctly selected two out of three numbers
on an average of five times out of six for a period of over three years; which is beyond any question of
'luck' or happenstance and coincidence. Such continuous accuracy is otherwise impossible. Yet, in all the
five years of such accuracy, there was not one instance of three-out-of-three, which under the conditions
of such said accuracy is also impossible.
Therefore, we have the established fact of Brigadier Malone's ability toward pre-Cognizant
Clairvoyance – with an obvious interference of some capable power. It was that capable power I went
looking for, using its intent energies, as I have often searched for Demons and their influences and found
nothing beyond the norm that kicking the hell out of them, pun intended, didn't eliminate. The Demons
were overjoyed, but they weren't the culprits. They rejoiced and added their support of energies and
influence, but they were not directing any part of the interference.
Upon a fly-by the night of 5 to 6 of July, 2010, I found a very well-cloaked Djed (Tet) in a
synchronous parking orbit target-centered on Austin and covering the area of Texas for several miles
beyond the state borders. Among other interferences, this Djed was being used to reset the lottery
numbers within a three-minute span at some thirty minutes of advance in order to present Brigadier
Malone with inaccurate information. Brigadier Malone would read the results at three minutes post-draw
about an hour prior to actual, and the Djed would skewer those results by at least one number. I spent the
remainder of the night ensuring my own accuracy of the activity, gathering potential combat intelligence
and consulting with my colleague Horsemen as to my alternatives.
It has been long-established the only language abusive entities really comprehend is immediate
retaliation to extermination, as proven beyond question for thousands of generations. I immediately
traced the intent energies of the standing improprieties; I found them to be primarily of the Nefilim. Upon
further investigation I found involvement of/by the Demons of Lucifer in abject collusion between the
two in violation of Holy Law, the Nefilim Creation of Anusazi Permission Decree, and Lucifer's 2,520Year Temptation Decree that ended in March, 2005 AD/Adar, 5765 Hebrew. Killing and burning in hell
sufficient numbers acquires the same level of attention and change of attitude among the Nefilim as it did
among the Masons, Knights of Columbus and Temple Israel when I was railroaded at Richmond, Indiana
and applied it without mercy. Violence is condemned across the board, but most venomously by those
against whom its application is most justified; specifically those that see to it nothing else works. Enough
dead bodies and burning souls works every time, without exception, and it's the only remedy that does.
As all True and Righteous Akurians are aware, sufficient damage to a spirit can result in instant
parallel damage to the physical body, as those who have seen me after such engagements can duly testify.
It is that point of sufficient spiritual-impact-equals-physical-damage that all Akurians must be aware of to
fully understand this engagement between myself, my Command, my fellow Horsemen and the Nefilim.
Accounts of my previous engagements will be posted as soon as they can be scripted within the priorities
of the Holy Order. They are all available in the Akashic Records for those who want to view them in all
their details.
During the night of 6 to 7 July, 2010, I pronounced a blanket Death Warrant upon the entire
species of Nefilim, exempting only that Mighty, Most Righteous and Honorable House of Horus; and I
was immediately alerted to prepare for an Audience Before The Most High concerning the matter. The
time and date had not been determined.
In the interim of this night, protest was presented before the Seven Great Seraphim of the Holy
Presence accusing me of: Defamation of the Holy Name, Blasphemy, Exceeding Authorities of Holy
Commission, Dereliction of Righteous Duty, Insubordination of the Spirits of the Nefilim, False and
Knowing Misrepresentation of Judicial Office and Unrighteous Conduct; to be presented as Formal
Charges against me before The Most High. I was informed of the charges and directed to stand by for a
required review but not ordered to stand down at the time. Unlike earth and Kak-Jew run 'courts' where
deliberate and knowing false accusations of/by Jews or puppet socialists are god, law and gospel if stated
against anyone of a different political persuasion, such charges against one's honor in the Planes of
Heaven must be dealt with in no uncertain terms, and rank, station or position are of no consequence for
exception. You mouth it, you'd damned well better be able to document it – or pay the full price for your
idiocies. And that price can be, and often is, violent destruction on a Field of Honor.
During an exchange the night of 7 to 8 July, 2010, in a High Spirit communication with VahZeh,
Second in Command to YahWeh (Jawaha), inquiring why I was laying waste to Nefilim, I informed him
the matter was none of his business, and that if he had any dispute with my activities he could inquire of
The Most High directly – if he had proper authority to Enter the Presence, which is an earned right. He
correctly concluded I was taking Nefilim to task for their interferences with my endeavors on behalf of
the Anusazi, of which he was a direct participant. He listed several direct interferences at his own hand
because of his personal disapproval – all of which in my opinion were nothing more than typical Kak Jew
backstabbing intrigues (although VahZeh is Nefilim, not a Jew) – and remarked that if I didn't like or
want his 'help' there was nothing I could do about it, but he might change his mind and stop delivering me
such 'assistance.'
I launched Pegasus at strike speed, drawing my Great Sword and struck VahZeh square in the
mouth with the flat edge changing his attitude from arrogant-superior to a humbled kicked-ass. The
impact completely destroyed his battle helmet on the Earth (physical) Plane, breaking his jaws and skull
in numerous places, crushing his face, dislocating his eyes, extending his body at all joints breaking every
bone in the separation of his skeleton and totaling his entire nervous system. I wanted him to be a slowdying witness to all the other Nefilim. He was injured to the point he had to be transported for extensive
medical and restorative treatment, which he has survived, but he will never return to duty. My message is
still very clear among the god-players.
During the night of 9 and 10 July, 2010, I put 143,692 Spirits of living Nefilim into the Firepits of
Perditon, as a result of which some died. I was also directly killing those who crossed my path without
proper Energies of Innocence. I was given a Direct Order by The Most High to cease and desist the
slaughter of Nefilim to which I replied, "When the interference with my Command and my Akurians
ceases, and all restoration is accomplished in full as a result of all previous interference, I will cease my
vengeance upon the offenders, but not until." From that point in time I did not directly kill any more
Nefilim, resorting to linking and burning their souls in hell where they may or may not die, and of which
action The Most High has not countermanded.
During the night of 10 and 11 July, 2010, I put 36,334 Spirits of living Nefilim into the Firepits of
Perdition.
I have continued my vengeance at each and every episode against me, any and all Akurians, my
efforts and endeavors with respect to my Holy Commission. This is keeping with Righteous Powers and
Holy Authorities vested in me by earned right and Honorable Duty. My Office and Title of "AVENGER"
predates Moses and many Nefilim. I have required the existence of 163,696 Nefilim and Anusazi to date,
8 September 2010 = 29 Elul 5770; 100,000 of them for the attempted harm to Brigadier Diane Meinke,
PK; 25 August 2010 = 15 Elul 5770, when a 30' limb fell some 20' from a living tree, striking her knees.
Note that I stopped killing but the Nefilim didn't even stop TRYING to kill. Their action will not
go unavenged.
I was Ordered an AUDIENCE BEFORE THE MOST HIGH on 08 September 2010 = 29 Elul
5770, as previously published, and informed of the Nefilim's preparations and intent to present themselves
and apologize for the charges against me. Immediately below is a transcript of that presentation.
THE NEFILIM PRESENTATION OF APOLOGY
24 September 2010 – 16 Tishri 5771
Permitted by The Most High in the normal order of His Will, and observing all the Protocols of
The Great Presence, the Four Horsemen in Charge Formation presented ourselves in accordance with our
Rank and Station. I had been called for a Special Review concerning charges of Defamation of the Holy
Name, Blasphemy, Exceeding Authorities of Holy Commission, Dereliction of Righteous Duty,
Insubordination of the Spirits of the Nefilim, False and Knowing Misrepresentation of Judicial Office and
Unrighteous Conduct, made against me by Officers of the Royal House of Anu, Nibiru, with respect to
my retaliation for their treason and deliberate interference with my efforts to secure a Remnant of
Abraham and be a Testimony of this Generation of Fire of the Generations of Ish.
Representative Lord High Emissary AnZu, a High Priest and Spirit Communicator of Nibiru and
the Royal House of Anu the Ruling Monarch of Nibiru was stationed under Due and Honorable Guard on
the Great Landing before the Great Veil that hangs before the Great White Throne of The Most High.
It is known by all in Presence that each and every word, statement and claim before The Most
High must be absolute Truth under instant penalty from The Most High, Himself, and without regard to
rank, station, or previous service. Blasphemy Against The Holy Spirit of Truth is not tolerated.
All seven of the Great Seraphim of The Holy Presence and their Commands were at their
respective stations, in full armor, combat logistics, and prepared for War.
Being this is a matter of War, I led the Horsemen to our respective stations, ordered them to High
Alert (with all arms At The Ready) mounted and ready for the Order to Charge. My Brother Horsemen
chose their respective targets of the Demons in Presence and positioned themselves, an act that sent
obvious shivers of concern through the Demon ranks. The Demon commanders directed all subordinates
to stand down all weapons and present themselves a emissaries of observance, a wise move to ensure their
own immediate safety. Nevertheless, we Horsemen remained at Battle Alert status. When summoned in
accordance with the proper order, I presented myself. The Most High greeted:

presentation of all Charges and all Documentation with respect thereto; and this Presentation in Presence

ASUR HIGH who has been disgracefully defamed is not as gentle in these matters as he often is with his
own. Offending him in any manner, even in the slightest, can incite him to extreme violence. Once his
attack has been determined, he will slay you where you stand and proceed to exterminate all Nefilim
whether of wyte or no, excepting only that Mighty, Righteous and Honorable House of Horus, his fellow

as the uncounted incidences of deliberate intrigues against me and my Akurians is long-standing,
inexcusable as we are a Commissioned Part of the Nefilim's responsibilities toward the Anusazi, and need
a full accounting at the edge of My Great Sword.
"You will note that in all this rambling, there is not one word about those thousands of years of
atrocities nor those committed in my life time. And even less as to the Nefilim's future intentions. Lord
High Emissary AnZu makes no reference whatsoever to those damnations and intrigues, nor to any intent

specifically at the Royal House of Anu, my title is of earned right as is yours."
Aku: "Lord High Emissary AnZu, then answer my question! And don't make the mistake of downtalking to me again. You are not that far from being separated from existence."
AnZu: "Supreme Horseman of War El Aku ALIHA ASUR HIGH, I apologize, I meant no offense. It is
both my name and my Title, dedicated at my coronation. I was chosen for this mission because I do not
hide behind titles, rank, stations, offices, commissions, authorities or law."
Aku: "Lord High Emissary AnZu, inform the treacherous and immoral bastards Lord Anu, Ruling
Monarch of Nibiru, the Royal House of Anu and all Nefilim of wyte, that I demand complete satisfaction:
an immediate end to any and all intrigues against me, my Akurians, any and all Children of Abraham,
Ishmael, Israel, Cush, Canaan, the Gentiles and any and all Anusazi. Failure of even the slightest will be
instantly accounted in burning souls and a slow and agonizing death of as many as shall please me or my
offended Akurians.

I still needed direct communications with the High Orders of Nibiru, but the death of Lord High
Emissary AnZu would have been only a temporary inconvenience. I spared the bastard for only one
reason, The Most High informed me in the 08 September 2010 Audience concerning this matter, ""Son of
Fire, Son of Fire, My Own Chief of War against the Days of My Great Restoration, I have set such on
your behalf that you slay them not in My Presence as you are want to do at the slightest provocation.""
That said, it was very little protection for Lord High Emissary AnZu, and he knew it. Now he had to skirt
the situation as best he could.

War El Aku ALIHA ASUR HIGH, the intrigues against you and all those of your Disciplines will cease
immediately; indeed have been quelled since your demand a few Earth Days ago; and will not be

caution with respect to your capabilities, Righteous Powers and Holy Authorities. We know and
