1. Objectives
Write a high-quality conference paper with a complete IEEE format. The paper must have a
novel theoretical method and solid simulation results.

You need to cite relevant journal papers and books (may search from IEEE Xplore for free
from GSU Library Website (click on the second Weblink)). A sample conference paper with a
typical format will be shown in class.

4. Presentations
Every student will give a class presentation.
5. Due Date
An envelope containing a conference paper hardcopy and a CD including the paper, the
presentation file (ppt), related programs due last class time (final exam day). Then please also
email the paper, ppt presentation file and software to yzhang@gsu.edu by 4/30.
