Duties: Casual Retrieval Officers assist customers in accessing the Library’s collections by retrieving
items requested through the online catalogue from various storage areas while meeting half-hourly
delivery deadlines. Casual Retrieval Officers are required to work efficiently together and
independently retrieving and re-shelving collection items on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends
and Public Holidays. Casual Retrieval Officers may be the first staff member a customer approaches
for assistance. While only required to provide directional assistance, Casual Retrieval Officers must
always present themselves in a professional manner. Contributing to the reliability and effectiveness
of Library services is key to providing the best service as a State Government agency employee.
Special Conditions: Employment is subject to a successful fitness test by a physiotherapist. Will be
required to work on a casual basis up to 15 hours per week over seven days per week, including

Duties: The Performance, Improvement and Planning Team is responsible for leading and monitoring
the application and implementation of business clinical planning, performance measures and
monitoring systems in the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) in collaboration with
other Local Health Networks and the Department of Health. The Chief Planning Project Officer
operates in a team environment to work in conjunction with planners, management, clinical leads,
clinicians, and stakeholders to support planning functions. Lead and/or contribute to operational
planning in line with the Service Planning Framework. Support the development, establishment and
implementation of service reform models. Implement change management strategies to support
Service reform. Work in collaboration with key LHN staff to support the delivery of strategic
planning priorities and linkages. The Chief Planning Project Officer will also support the work of
Service Redesign Implementation and Improvement and Service Level Agreement Monitoring and
Reporting roles as required.
Special Conditions: This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week and salary will be
adjusted according to actual hours worked. May be required to work within other locations of the
Northern Adelaide LHN. Some out of hours work, including intra/interstate travel, may be required. A
current drivers licence is desirable. May be required to undertake a health assessment prior to
commencement.

Duties: Within the framework of the National Mental Health Policy and the Standards for Mental
Health Services and in a manner consistent with the stated Vision and Values of SA Health, the
Clinical Coordinator is accountable for their own practice standards, activities delegated to others and
the guidance and development of less experienced staff. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for
the coordination of clinical business and clinical processes for the Community Mental Health Team.
Operating as a part of the leadership team, the Clinical Coordinator is an experienced mental health
clinician who will support clinical service delivery.
Essential Minimum Qualifications: Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles
registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or appropriate degree or equivalent qualification
which gives eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers or
appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist

Duties: The Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) is identified as a critical component of SA
Ambulance Service as it provides 24/7 call receipt, dispatch and coordination of emergency
pre-hospital treatment and/or ambulance transport services to the South Australian Community. The
department is unique in terms of its operational requirements, equipment and outputs and can best be
compared with other emergency communication centres. Work practices within the EOC are generally
structured around technical system capability and are influenced by service requirements, country and

position however, operates with a degree of complexity given its ‘country’ focus. There is a need to
adapt techniques or processes that affect the way work is performed. Problem resolution requires
