Matthew-TBD Samual-TBD Lionel-TBD Team Ground Rules & Guidelines All team members are expected to be respectful to one another. If there is a disagreement between team members, the issue should be approached in a positive manner. 07/03 Communication between team members should take place either in the team forum or the Wiki that has been set up. Team members will be expected to participate at least one time every 48 hours either to the team forum or team Wiki to discuss progress of assignments or new ideas regarding team assignments. If a team member will be absent for a period of 48 hours or longer, a 24 hour notice should be posted in the forum so that the rest of the team members are aware. Lack of participation on a 72 hour period will result in an e-mail being sent to the instructor so they become aware of a possible issue. Continued behavior will result in removing the team members name from group assignments. This will be voted on by the remaining team membersmajority rules. The team member responsible for submitting that week’s assignment is expected to make the appropriate changes before submission. All portions of the team assignments are to be posted to the team forum/Wiki by 7:00 PM Pacific 48 hours before the due date. That way time allows for proper corrections of the assignment before it is turned in. All work is to be submitted using proper APA format, including the reference page. Final drafts for team projects are to be posted by 7:00 Pacific on the due date for the team to make a final review of the assignment. If a Team member fails to submit their portion of the assignment on time, a notice will be sent to the instructor and team member. If unable to make contact, the delinquent team member will have 24 hours past the deadline of his/her portion of the work before he/she’s name is removed from the assignment. The work will then be divided evenly and fairly among the remaining team mates. The team is to meet twice a week to discuss weekly team assignments and the progress of each member’s assigned portion. Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration/Conflict Management Team members are to be open, honest, and respectful of one another. Designate and stick to agreed upon meeting times in order to collaborate. For successful collaboration, feedback and participation is required. Divide work evenly and fairly between team members. Team conflicts first will be resolved by the team if possible. The instructor will be advised in any case there is non-participation or a resolution cannot be obtained. 07/03
