Conditions for invitations (mandatory)
A. Conditions for WTF officials and staff

Provision of one (1) first class, round-trip air ticket and accommodation of room (Executive
Suite) and board to the President of the WTF

Provision of one (1) business class round-trip air ticket and accommodation (Junior Suite) of
room and board to the Secretary General of the WTF

Provision of one (1) business class round-trip air ticket and accommodation (Standard) of
room and board to the Technical Delegate of the WTF

Provision of seven (7) business class round-trip air tickets and accommodation of room and
board to the WTF officials designated by the WTF

Provision of two (2) economy-class round-trip air tickets and accommodation of room and
board for Chairs of WTF Games and Referee Committees

Provision of free accommodation (Junior Suite) of room and board to the IOC members with

Provision of economy-class, round-trip air tickets and free accommodation of room and
board to the WTF Inspection Group composed of no more than three members per visit,
who will pay inspection visits maximum twice before the tournament

Provision of economy-class round-trip air tickets and accommodation of room and board to
two (2) technicians of Poomsae scoring system company and one (1) technician for WTF
web-TV.
B. Conditions for International Referees and Referee Committee Chair

Accommodation (at least 4-star) of room and board for the duration of the competition plus
one (1) day before the Referee meeting and training and one (1) day after the completion of
the tournament

Daily allowance of US$100 for the duration of the competition

Other participants of the event, including participating teams, than referees should not be
allowed to stay at the referee hotel.
C. Conditions for Competition Supervisory Board Members (including Technical Delegate) and
Chairman of Games Committee

Free accommodation (at WTF headquarters hotel) of room and board for the duration of the
competition plus three (3) days before (5 days before for Technical Delegate and Game
Chair) and one (1) day after the tournament

Daily allowance of US$100 for the duration of the competition

Provision of accommodation of room and board for the certain number of the participating
nations (please specify ‘yes’ with proposed number of nations that the O/C can support, if
applicable.)

VENUE
* Requirements: For the organization of WTF-promoted Taekwondo Championships, a venue shall require the ability
to accommodate a minimum seating capacity of 3,000. The size of the floor shall be at least 40m x 60m in which
optimum audio-visual information, as mandated in the Technical Manual, to spectators and competitors shall be
provided.
The height of the venue shall be at least 10m from the floor to the ceiling.
The lighting shall be a
minimum of 1500 lux to a maximum of 1800 lux, and shall be directed onto the competition area from the top of the

competition venue. All arrangement shall be completed at least two days before the start of the championships and
shall be subject to approval of the Technical Delegate. The center court shall be raised for 1m with specification of
WTF Competition Rules.

DOPING TEST, MEDICAL CONTROL & INSURANCE (Mandatory)
