Summary of the project (from the project application)
This youth leader exchange is the second exchange related to the
implementation of the partnership project: “BBU-ACIT Community Project”
between Baptisternes Børne- ogUngdomsforbund (BBU) and Amor Cristiano
Internacional de Tegucigalpa (ACIT) in Honduras.
The youth leaders shall support the implementation of the partnership project
aimed to increase interaction between ACIT and the Honduran society and
capacity build the youth to be change agents in the Honduran society. By this
second exchange we want to continue the positive impact of the first two youth
leaders ability to mobilize and engage youth in the project. Two Danish and
two Honduran youth leaders are included in the second exchange and will be
an important resource to create a positive social environment in the
community centre and assist inlife skills training, project management training
and arranging community workshops.
Additionally the youth leaders will make a road trip to local BBU groups in
Denmark.
